Gave my card information over the phone. My credit card number was the. stolen and tried to be used with several cash app accounts.

First we were told the furniture was at store and could have immediately when in reality we had to go to warehouse in Memphis to pick up. We were told the warehouse people would tie everything down for us when they did not. We had to do all of it. Very misleading and no discount!

Initially I was very upset with the service I was receiving being that I had a bed delivered with no hardware for set up but these 5 stars are for Trey in customer service and the brunette at the desk

Although the folks at the front door almost make you not want to go in due to their aggressiveness, once you get a salesperson to work with, the experience is excellent. But that just might be because Kevin is our salesperson and he is absolutely fantastic.

I had ordered something back in Nov and it was cheap and then was able to change it out for something in Dec. I was told it would be in by the middle of February and then I had to check back myself and was told it was April then May and then July. So I canceled that and now I am waiting on part of my new order was told I would get it some time in June. We will see. I will never shop here again. They even charged me to deliver the new stuff I am still waiting on
