Very disappointed with the couch I purchased from the outlet store. I was aware of the flip down drink holder was broken when I purchased it - however when we got it home both recliners on either side of the couch are broken too.

We bought a couch from here less than a year ago and within THREE months it was falling apart. The seams were tearing apart on the edges and it was ripping in the middle of the cushions. Less than 6 months and the wood framing was broken and coming up through the couch or the cushions were falling into the sectional. We paid A LOT of money for this couch including the extra warranties because we have pets. The salesman assured us if anything happened to the couch it would be replaced through the warranty no matter if it was scratches, tears, etc. and we also had the manufacturer's warranty. With both of these warranties and NO fault of ours with the piece of garbage couch, we received NO HELP OR REPLACEMENT. We called, emailed and everything to try to get someone to replace the cushions and the frame or just let us buy a different couch since this one didn't even last 6 months. I got tossed around from GAH to some other company that "handled the warranties" back to GAH and then received them, sorry we don't cover that. The couch fell apart in every way you could imagine and the warranties are supposed to cover a defective couch and now we have spent thousands on a heap of garbage and had to buy yet another couch because we have no choice. We went here thinking it would last longer than from IKEA or somewhere else we had purchased before so we were ok with spending the money. Our previous couches lasted years and this one was a joke. I am very disappointed in the salesman who told us this couch was a great option, the staff that wouldn't help at all with the warranty and kept throwing me around, the jokes of a warranty, and just everything. I would never recommend this if you're looking for quality furniture. My parents have shopped here for years and I have bedroom furniture from them as well, but this experience ruined everything and I am very disappointed in their customer service and the outcome. I am still paying off a couch I cannot use and it is terrible knowing what else I could've used that money for.

My first delivery was not the furniture I paid for, there was a typo and the wrong furniture was being delivered. After the correction I was told that they wanted to charge me again for delivery fee, that was resolved. I finally get the furniture and one of the tracks is on the dresser draw. I was told it had to be ordered and would take 2-4 weeks. This is unacceptable. That the part from another drawer or go to Lowe’s and buy the part. I’m very unhappy. This is the first time I bought anything from this store and it will be the last time. I’m at the point that you can come get everything and give me a refund. When you have inconvenient a customer and offer them the display but only want to give them $30 off then don’t expect for them to come back!

Very unprofessional.. Salesman were rude and Unorganized… Financing was ran more than once. Was charged multiple times for delivery and my walls are scuffed .. I wasn’t satisfied. I wish I could’ve purchase from James at the Southaven location .. he was very polite and courteous .

Couch did not fit through my doorways. Not the delivery persons fault. However I was told by customer service that I had no other options and I would still owe a delivery fee. Not acceptable

Ordered the goods in January and finally all goods delivered in October. Kept getting confused messages along the way. When I called office I got a very rude young lady who basically called me a liar. Only positive of order was an excellent sales person

I waited 6 months for my furniture, understanding supply chain constraints. However, when you are provided over 5 delivery within that 6 months time span one can see how someone may become “frustrated”. After more than 6 months it was delivered on Saturday only to be put together incorrectly. When I questioned the delivery person he assured me it was correct it was just the imbalance of my floor. I recorded and took pictures and sent to the store. The delivery manager confirmed what I stated, it was put together incorrectly. I had to take off from work and have 2 people from the store and repair it. The key word is REPAIR. Its brand new. Why in the world would it need repairing?! Excluding the salesperson the worse experience in service I have ever had.

No one would ever call and tell me what was going on. I always had to call. It took this little ottoman from March until recently to come in. If someone would have just called me at least once a month it would have made me feel better. I heard the sales agent Betty only one time.

The salesman in the store was great, but everything after that was awful. The delivery guys were rude and unwilling to work with me to get the couch into my house. They wouldn’t leave the couch, that I paid in full for, at my house either. Then when I called the store to speak with customer service I could never get anyone to return my call or help me. I did finally get a full refund, including the delivery fee, but it took an act of congress.
