We ordered 2 recliners and a sofa in May. Was told it would be delivered in August. No word the first week of August so I called. Found out it would be delayed until OCTOBER! No problem except I sold our existing set the last week in July and had NOTHING comfortable to sit in. Wanted to cancel the order which we paid in full but was offered a single recliner from another customer order. My concern now is will the color and detail match when we get the rest of the order. What would have appeased me would have been able to "use" the floor demo until ours came in. Was told not store policy.

Our salesman was wonderful. Delivery guys were terrible, would not even try to get the sectional in our bonus room…very unprofessional and lazy! Almost took out our mail box when getting in our driveway. Store would not refund our delivery fee. We have been good customers, but we will NEVER be back. Shame on you!

We purchased an Entertainment center from the location in Southaven, Ms. We will never purchase from this store again. The salesman was not correct when informing us of delivery and just wanted to make an extra $180 for delivery that was not necessary. The items did not come in a box as he indicated and the set-up was very unprofessional. We had to contact the service department to have them come out to look at the entertainment center as it did not line up and both ends were not stable. Also, the piece that went across the top was installed upside down and warped. They are now going to have to come out a second time to replace. They didn't even offer to reduce price for all the inconvenience this have cause.

Terrible exchange policy and no returns if you’re not happy. They also forget to mention important information until after they are delivered, like sending you an open box item when you paid full price (as noted on the price tag) for a new item/adjustable bed frame. We were then told that it’s a mistake and they apologies for the confusion but didn’t fix the issue. We were not happy with yet another purchase and called the morning after delivery for an exchange and were told that they don’t offer returns and will only exchange for an equal priced item only! (which is the same item we have because it was the priciest piece) terrible policy, definitely will not recommend this place and will not shop here any more.

Paid 100% in full for right $20,000 and it took 11 months to get the product then after being told by Jason he would give me the $500.00 the 2 chairs cost then try to tell me it was less than $500.00 because of the taxes if that is the case I for sure would think the taxes and interest over 11 months would offset it. I will wait and see how CHEAP YOU ALL ARE

Gave my card information over the phone. My credit card number was the. stolen and tried to be used with several cash app accounts.

I had ordered something back in Nov and it was cheap and then was able to change it out for something in Dec. I was told it would be in by the middle of February and then I had to check back myself and was told it was April then May and then July. So I canceled that and now I am waiting on part of my new order was told I would get it some time in June. We will see. I will never shop here again. They even charged me to deliver the new stuff I am still waiting on

The sales associate will tell you that you will get your furniture the next week, but you better plan on 2 months to get what you bought. The sales rep will not call you back about the concerns, and no one has answers to any questions!! I only got two chairs , and I have get to get my sectional!! I don’t even think I want it anymore since I’m still waiting!! Terrible service!! I will never buy from them again!!!

We bought a couch and reclining chair, the first couch the reclining part was messed up so we called and asked to be brought another one, we were told no!! Because we picked up our own purchase we were required to return it and pick up the second one!! Then the second one had a hole in the center fold down, and had to return that!! So I was responsible for their mistake and faulty product!! THAT is WRONG!!! However our sales lady was amazing, helpful, and did everything she could to help throughout the entire process!! I suggest you look at not penalizing your customer for not choosing your high priced deliver fee!! AGAIN, sales lady was amazing and recommend her highly, the store.....not so much!!

I purchased my dining room table last May. But had to wait 11 months for my bench to come in. When they came to deliver it, they just left it outside for someone to steal. Although I love my dining room set, I will never shop at your store again

Worst experience I have ever had with buying furniture. I purchased dining table equipment at the price of $768.00. After four months of waiting for it to arrive due to being out of stock, I found out that I had to put it together myself. All items were unattached and in once box. Bad decision. Will never buy from this entity ever again.

I am very disappointed in the service that I have received from this store. My sales representative was very helpful. I spent over 11,000 and received 3 damaged pieces. The second delivery to replace this furniture also was damaged. We were looking at purchasing all of the furniture needed to furnish a 6,000 square house but are now rethinking this choice as we do not have time to to keep going back and forth will sendng back damaged items and redeliveries. I would like to speak to the store manager and receive a discount on the second delivery being damaged also.

First of all, we purchased a sectional in 2021 and the entire process was perfect. However, we purchased a recliner on the 8th of February at the Outlet store. Sales entered the incorrect part number so when I picked it up from the warehouse and got home, we discovered it was not what we wanted. We called the Salesman and he said he was off and would let us know Friday. My wife called Customer Service and they said they could credit it and supply the new one which is a lower price, but we had to go back to the store to get the correct part number. We supplied that number and we told them we wanted your store to pick up the wrong chair and deliver the correct one. I received one call from the Salesman on Monday, told him the story and he said I should work with Customer Service. Well, we have made calls every day to customer service and have yet to receive a RETURN CALL!!!! CAN WE GET A PHONE CALL ???? We want the following: Credit for the incorrect chair, purchase the correct chair, you guys pick up the wrong item and deliver the correct item. I DO NOT think we should be returning the wrong chair and picking up the new one. Plus having to go back to the Outlet store to get our refund. We did not screw this up and should not have to do all the work to correct your issues. If I do have to do everything, I expect a sales commission and also want to know where to send my invoice for all my logistical work. Dana's cell 901-233-0138; Homer is 901-233-0138. If this goes another 24 hours, I am calling the owner. Ron fix this problem. PS your warehouse staff are rock stars !!!!!!

I returned merchandise two weeks ago and Kimerly assisted me with the pick up and I spoke back to her at the beginning of last week, because Progressive Leasing had not received the credit into their system at that time. Kimerly assured me that she had sent the information to them on Monday, which was the day before and said that it should post within 48 to 72 hours from last Monday. As of today, which is a week and 1 day later, Progressive Leasing said that they have not received anything back yet. They did call the department at your store who handles credits with them but were told that the person needed to speak to was out at that moment. I returned the kitchen table for $399. Please send the necessary documents and confirm with me.
