“My only complaint is that our chaise had a tear in it when it was delivered. My wife reached out to our sales person about the tear and she said that she would call her back and never returned the call. I eventually reached customer service and they are going to replace the chaise, but it is frustrating that she wouldn't call back or answer any other calls. That made us feel like she was done with us after we purchased from her.”
