“I wish I could remember my salesman name. He was compassionate and understanding. He helped me decide which dining table I needed in my new house. We moved so I don’t remember his name. But I love my table. Perfect choice.”

“Scot helped me. Pretty decent job. He understood what I needed and didn’t try to sway me away from what I stated. I loved the fact he listened. We even joked around. I was surprised when I got home to put my beds together and one of my beds had no hardware. I called twice to see if I could get the warehouse get the screws and the warehouse manager Matt wouldn’t answer the phone. I took a different approach and was transferred internally and only THEN did he pick up. They explained that the warehouse closes at 7 and I would need to be there before then to get the screws. Only problem is, I get off work at 7. I asked him to leave the hardware at the receptionist’s desk. He ensured he would. When I got there, they screws were not there and no one knew what I was talking about. Needless to say, the sales team is fine but the warehouse is a mess and is clearly managed by someone extremely lazy and careless when it comes to the customers. Probably won’t return for a while.”

“Well I'm not happen that the Delivery Crew was unable to place my Couch in the Living Rm. I had to pay 2 delivery cost. Still. Waiting to see if the Loveseat is placed in my living Rm. I feel the Delivery should be FREE.”

“Bryan, our sales person, was very helpful and knowledgeable of the furniture we purchased. Delivery was done within 10 days. Beautiful furniture arrived and the set up was done professionally. They even noticed the scratch on the top of the white dresser and instructed to contact the sales person regarding its repair.”
