“We bought a dinette set and only got 2 chairs... still waiting on the other 2”

“I have been very pleased with our purchases from The Great American Homestore. As with most furniture during our current times, it took several months for two of our living room pieces to come in but our salesman, James, was wonderful with keeping us updated on the progress of our order.”

“Blair was an excellent person to work with. She explained discounts and waiting times and was very polite and knowledgeable. Your price for our Arbor sleigh bed was competitive. Your online service was excellent. Kathy (online) was very helpful and kept us up-to-date on our two purchases (bed and electric recliner). She exemplified excellent customer service. Our only issue was the information not being correct on when our items were arriving and having to reach out for updates.”

“When I came to the store, I was quickly greeted and asked if I needed any help. I was allowed to look around the store without any disruptions. Once I was ready to inquire about the furniture, I was quickly assisted without any hesitation. The process of purchasing the furniture was quick and easy. My furniture was delivered when promised with satisfaction.”

“I have a question or concern about the furniture that was delivered to me. I purchased new furniture but the furniture that was delivered to me did not have any tags or plastic or anything on it. Did they deliver new furniture to me or slightly used furniture/furniture off the floor?”

Our White Glove Delivery Service includes removing your new furniture from all packing materials and inspecting it on our docks before it is loaded onto our trucks. This way, we can check over your new furniture for you before delivery, and our delivery team can concentrate on setting up your new furniture for you in the room of your choice without the inconvenience of having to do any additional clean-up. The pieces that are delivered are new, just unpackaged prior to delivery for the sake of time and convenience to our customers. “Great American Home Store is a wonderful place to update your furniture and decor. I recently purchased new bedroom furniture back in March. Due to Covid and the shipping issues over which no one had control. I just received the delivery. Despite the shipping issues, GAH was quick to let me know as each piece of the set arrived! I am very impressed with their commitment to customer service!”
