“Hello from NC. Since I'm from NM. Hatch chili had always been a staple on our family table, for just about every NM. meal. I am thrilled that I can still provide, your hatch chili to my family here in NC. I wouldn't choose any other kind of chili, other than yours. The flavor is perfectly, HATCH NM. “December 2023 I ordered Pinto Beans which are the best and cleanest ever. Traveling there for Hatch 50th anniversary I was able to bring some home to Seattle. I also ordered Chile Rellenos to my home in Seattle delivered overnight completely frozen and they are as delicious as being back in Hatch.”

“I have already heard from a family member that received a tamale bundle. They had to try some before Christmas. They live in Minnesota and miss their New Mexico food thank you for your great service. I sent several orders out and are so excited that I planned this for our 6 children this year.”

“I was amazed at the quality and the condition of the Hatch chile rellenos I ordered. The shipping was better than anything I'd ever received with the product still frozen rock-solid. “This is a revised review. Originally my order (it is our Xmas dinner) was delivered to the wrong address by Fed Ex and never retrieved. Hatch Chili Store looked into it and immediately re-shipped my order out next day air! Not needed but GREATLY appreciated! I know mistakes happen, but Fed Ex was ZERO help but Hatch Chili Store took the lead in this to make it right by me. My order was delivered this eve in perfect condition. Thanks HCS for working with me.”

“These were excellent and the only deficiency was user error in heating them. I used an Instapot and didn’t enter nearly enough time to heat them, so I kept having to add more time. Result being that they lost their crispness. Not a problem, the flavor was there and they were wonderful. Next time I’ll reheat them in the skillet and they will be wonderful. They may be a little expensive, but worth it, even when you don’t heat them correctly. Man it was nice to have real rellinoes and not what my home state tries to pass off.”
