“You are the best!! So reliable and responsive. Our Chile Ristras and wreath are the best we have ever owned. They went up last night and are gorgeous and sparkling in the sun this morning. We have a Santa Fe home here in San Diego area and they complete the look. In fact I want to order three more 24 inch treated ones. How do I do that??? If you still have my billing info please go ahead and order if not just let me know how to do the order. Thanks so much for all of your help and thoughtfulness!!! You have made our year and holidays so much better!!we are heading to Santa Fe on vacation 12/12-19. Can’t wait. Have a happy holiday. Oh my husband said to give you a special thanks. “Their customer service is spot on. I had a hitch in the delivery but Daniel straightened it out and I received the chilis a few days ago. I have purchased dried and fresh…their chilis are absolutely delicious.”

“Generally I buy a couple of 25lb cases and that lasts me to the following season. I ran out and ordered for the first time a 10lb frozen selection. As always, Hatch has provided perfection! I'll be back! JimmyK”

“Gorgeous 3 ft long Sandia Rista. We order yearly; if coated, it will last us a year or longer in Arizona heat. It is tough to find the 3-foot-long ones anywhere else. They make a statement in our entry—great service delivered just in time for Thanksgiving.”

“I'd fallen in love with Hatch Chilis when I was in New Mexico last month, and I purchased a jar of Chilis (not sauce). They were shipped almost overnight, and I had them on roasted chicken tonight. OMG they were Fine, flavorful and not too hot (I ordered "Medium"). I can't wait for my Hatch Chili cheeseburger tomorrow night‼️ Russell- Calpine CA”

“Hatch Chile store has the good stuff you have a very hard time trying to find anywhere else. This year the frozen chopped green chile is excellent! Excellently processed. And medium is medium hot. I just made green chile chicken enchiladas , hmmmm great. The red chile pork tamales are very good as well this year, great masa and very good red Chile pork.”

“High-quality stuff. I just tried the jarred green chilis very fresh. I also tried the chicken enchiladas they were great for a frozen. The tortilla crisped up like a big dog in the air fryer. Very pleased.”

“I've always been leery of buying food online, but The Hatch Chile Store came highly recommended. I've ordered several times now, and I have been very pleased each time. So far I have eaten the Chile Relenos and some of the whole green chiles (in a big pot of Chili), and they have been delicious. I haven't tried the salsas/sauces yet - saving them for company. I have to say that the food products are really outstanding, and the packaging/shipping - especially for frozen foods - has been exceptional. Buy with confidence here and let your taste buds rejoice!”
