“Quality chile always. Fresh, good sized, with no rot or spoilage. The chile heat level is “hot”. It is always constant. If you love fresh New Mexico green chile, ( & don’t live close enough to pick it up yourself) this is the family to buy it from.”

“I lived in ABQ for years and love your chile products. I live in Germany and although I cannot get fresh chiles sent, I love the salsa and green chili sauces. I just tried the powders and they add amazing flavors. I will keep adding them to my Schnitzels and Bratwursts.”
