“The rugs were exactly what we had seen on the website, and the customer service was great. The only problem was having to wait around all day for delivery. It was said they would arrive between 9 and 5, and they arrived 4:50. They did nothing wrong but it was very frustrating having to wait all day for the rugs.”

“Excellent value for money, looks and feels much more expensive. I was going to buy a rug almost the same through Next Directory but they thankfully didn't have it in Black so i searched the internet and found The Rugseller. i will definately recommend this site to my friends.”

“Absolutely beautiful rug exactly what it looks like online. Everyone comments on it when they come to visit. However, I find it sheds alot which is quite frustrating. Excellent delivery”
