“Lovely Rug, arrived very quickly, well packaged for transit. I'm pleased to say the new rug has settled down into life in our family very well and the children are particularily taken by it. They love lying around in front of the fire where once a cold tiled floor was all they had to sit on. Can't think why it's taken so long for us to get one. Bravo the rugseller for making rug buying so much more fun than having to visit shops!”

“THe rug is OK but the colour is not as shown, it is much darker that I thought it would be.Citylink, the courier they use, is RUBBISH. I waited all day on the specified day...no rug, no phone call and no apology. The following day they could not find it, then told me they had found it and it woild be delivered between 5.30 and 9pm, I stayed up until midnight.....no rug - finally on day 3 it arrived, quite by luck I was here. I suggest a change of courier or they will loose their customers.”
