“I bought the anti slip matting for using under rugs in the home and the product is excellent. The only negative was the delivery company they used who kept messing me about with dates but when I informed Rug Seller of the problem they sorted it out straight away. So still give them 5 stars!”

“Very satisfied with the whole process from ordering to delivery. We ordered a custom made 300 x 100cm Lexus runner and it was manufactured and delivered in the time scale quoted. We are impressed with the quality of the carpet, it has a dense, thick, soft pile and is well finished underneath. We also invested in their anti slip mat which really holds the runner in place. Will certainly use the rug deller again.”

“Brilliant - we ordered two rugs. The one that was right for the room we were so happy and so delighted. It is incredibly soft underfoot and lovely to walk on and also demarcates the dining room beautifully. For the one that didn’t work it’s not anything to do with the quality of the rug, that style and size just didn’t work for us.”

“Awful. Rug has damaged area. Contacted them soon as I opened the package and noticed the patch of damage. 2 weeks later I am waiting on them telling me how to return for a refund despite 3 emails from me to them.”

“First purchase from The Rug Seller Ltd. I bought a Bowron Sheepskin rug - great quality and soft under foot. And a sturdy outdoor doormat with thick coir on top with tree design. Good weight so won’t blow away. Very happy with purchase.”

“very pleased with the quality of the rugs, they fit perfectly in the bedroom. ftom purchasing to delivery was very quick. the only problem was trying to tell delivery company where we wanted them leaving. they didn't seem to acknowledge. luckily a neighbour seen and took them in, or they could of been taken as they were in full view. also the driver left a photo of the front door, no rugs on photo. nit very good”
