“Rug chosen for a gift and delivered directly to my mum. It arrived in just a couple of days and was well protected during transport, but still easy to unwrap. It’s a super quality vibrantly coloured rug which was great value for money. My cash back amount was declined however so this is in query as the Rug Seller had signed up to the scheme and I followed all criteria.”

“I love the Mehari runner. It is the second one I have bought, same colour as the first one as I liked it so much. The first one after 5 years still had plenty of life in it so my daughter now has it.”

“We bought 2 Sisalo rugs to match some runners we'd bought from another company. The Rug Seller's prices were a lot less than the other company and the service was fantastic. We ordered them on 22nd Sept, were promised delivery within 10 days and they arrived in 5 days. They're non-slip, look great and we're very impressed.”

“I sent the rug back and it was delivered on wednesday 2nd at 9.45 and I am still waiting for the refund! I ordered a new rug on 30 September and paid for it and I am now being told it won't be in the warehouse until 15th October! Not very good at all,”

“Once the Orla Kiely company had confirmed that The Rug Seller is a genuine retailer of their products, I was happy to place the order for our runner. The rug was delivered well within the 10 workings days that were advised when we ordered and it was very well packaged. The rug itself is exactly what we were looking for and is of high quality. We're pleased with our experience of using The Rug Seller.”
