“Loved the rugs especially as British made and high ethical standards. However very disappointed with the amount of plastic in the packaging and no mention of whether it was recyclable so assumed it wasnt. But even worse cable ties used to close each rug so three pieces of heavy plastic with only one use and then landfill.”

“I bought the Modern Mad Men Griff Rug 8421 in Bronx Azurite and let me first say I’ve been eyeing this rug since last year and finally decided to get it and I’m so happy I did. It is soft and true to the picture on the website. It was delivered earlier than expected which was a bonus, I had no issues with this company, I’m pleased with my purchase from this company I would definitely buy from them again.”

“Purchased a rug, within days it started to fray around the edges, contacted live chat and email service for refund upon return- ensuring to include photos of defects and order details. No response from live chat for over 2.5 hours so I then gave up, and automated response from email service. Very disappointed with product and customer service.”

“I bought Ultimate Ohelo-Floral Rug and it is horrible. It is supposed to be a wool rug which is very durable. But this has been shedding from the first day. Really unhappy”
