“The rug underlay was not as described on phone to me prior to purchase ( I spent a lot of time discussing it). It is very tacky and impossible to lay flat on hard floor prior to rug going over it.”

“Bought an Ottoman Temple Rug (Grey, 120x170cm) on line. I write at home, sitting at a large table with computer and keyboard before me, and wanted a rug which would take the heavy traffic of a computer chair moving backwards and forwards ehilr providing a soft, welcoming surface for bare feet first thing in the morning. Prompt delivery, excellent set of instructions for the care of the rug. It's been in place for some weeks now - lovely looking, really comfortable under foot, it doesn't ruck or shift around. Very pleased with my decision and anticipate a long and harmonious relationship with my 'Ottoman'. Love it.”
