“Great service, had been looking for this type of rug for some years, after having had similar pattern before in pink from elsewhere. Great colour just what I wanted but slightly less compact pile than expected and dimensions fall short of advertised. Still like the rug.”

“Service was very good but a week after delivery the rug is still not lying flat & we have tried every which way to eliminate this. So we feel unable to put it in the entrance hall yet which is why it was purchased-perhaps rugs should not be rolled so tight?”

“Delivery date coincided with a hospital appointment. I contacted rug seller and advised. They immediately took the problem on board and advised they would contact the delivery company and request the rug be left in the place I specified. They did their utmost to accommodate my wishes, unfortunately the message did not get to the driver in time, so I had to collect from a LOGON shop. but non the less, they tried. The product is identical to one I already had and I am extremely impressed with. Wipes feet beautifully, no wet or dirty footprints.”

“I have used Rug Seller to buy all the rugs for my new cottage over the last 18 months. They are excellent quality for the price (and currently surviving a new puppy), delivery is prompt and efficient and if there is a problem - one rug was missing from a large order - it is sorted quickly with a smile. 10/10. “Rugs are lovely as I’ve ordered them before direct from hug rug. Using the rug seller Ltd they took nearly 3 weeks to arrive so as long as you don’t want them quick you are fine”

“I am very pleased with the rug I purchased. I was a little apprehensive ordering online because obviously you can't physically see or touch the product and I was also hoping that the colour of the rug as seen on the website was a true reflection of the actual colour. The rug turned out to be exactly as described and arrived on the day I was told it would.”

“I still havent got my rug. not your fault but i would advise you do not use ups delivery service. I put on my order from yourself to deliver to 2 next door neighbours if i was not in. ups did not attempt this. i rescheduled to a day i could take off work. unpaid by the way. ups confirmed, i stayed in all day. at 2pm i was getting frustrated waiting. i tracked on line and saw that in there words, "driver not available. will deliver next business day". i was at work that day got home 1.30pm to an invoice saying will try again tomorrow when i am at work, tried phoning them but automated service states cant understand my voice. no doubt rug might be sent back to yourselves. ups not doing you any favours. i am fuming. i have lost a days wages”
