“We had ordered several rugs from other suppliers but when they arrived they had been poor quality and the photos not true to the colours advertised and over priced for the quality. This was definitely not the case with the pink runner we ordered from the Rug Seller Ltd. Really pleased and it was the cheapest but the best quality. Win win thank you”

“I recently purchased two rugs from rug seller; they arrived quickly but I decided they didn’t fit in with the decor I have. So I contacted acted rugseller to return them. The process to return them was quite complicated and I had to ring them again for assistance with this. Thank am als having to contact them as they have not received the correct amount of refund for these so no I would not recommend or be using this company again!!”

“What a wonderful range of stock to choose from. Ordering is very easy and my items arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, what I had ordered was not suitable, so I returned them, which again was quick and easy. Communication was very good and helpful and I found confidence in the fact that I was dealing with a professional company.”

“Fantastic purchase. I had a few queries prior to purchase and staff on live chat were very helpful and knowledgable. The rug was just over a quarter of the price of anywhere else and is exactly the same brand and standard. Buy with confidence. Rug was dispatched next working day, superb service.”
