“Very happy with my rugs. Great customer service, I was contacted to say that the rug id ordered had sold out and they were waiting for stock, did I want to wait for it or would I like a refund. I didn’t have too long to wait. I haven’t actually been able to open and check the rugs but they are well sealed in plastic so should be ok.”

“Good value for money; and excellent quality. Unfortunately we changed our mind, only because the colours didn’t quite go , we did look for alternative but couldn’t decide. No problem returning the rug and prompt refund.”

“Rug arrived on time in excellent condition and well packaged but I decided to return it as I did not like the colour. I drove to the outlet with the rug as it was only half hour drive, the guy on the door was very helpful and said he would refund me that day which he did. I ordered another rug which again arrived on time. The colours look the same as it was online so I am very pleased with it. I would definitely recommend the Rug Seller”

“Was abit weary after reading some people reviews of delivery taking long but no problems here. Arrived within few weeks as stated and rug is lovely thick pile. Very pleased would shop here again.”

“I ordered a beautiful new rug for my kitchen floor recently. I chose a pheasant design on a lovely blue background. It arrived in a matter of days and it looks very attractive on my wood floor as the colours are really vibrant. Plus, it is washable. It was keenly priced too. Thanks a lot Rug Seller.”
