“Good product but bad customer care. I was told my items had been sent, before they had been. When part of my order was delivered to a shop 7 miles away I complained, and asked for the final item of my order to be delivered to my home. It took several emails and two phone calls before my rug arrived, at my village and not at my home, over three weeks after ordering. The rug was too heavy for me to lift, which is the reason I needed it to be delivered to my home. I ended up having to bring it from the village in my car and then dragging it into the house.”

“Wrong item delivered. Although promise of a replacement there is no response to my emails regarding this. There is no telephone number to contact them on so can’t speak to anyone regarding it either.”

“I had problems with my order twice, both times having the order cancelled as it went out of stock and couldn't be sourced. However, I have to say that James absolutely went the extra mile in ensuring that the matter was resolved and I did receive a rug that I was really happy with. The actual rug is superb quality for the price. I will definitely purchase from The Rug Seller again as mistakes happen, but it is the follow up service and real effort to rectify things, that really tells you how caring a company are. Thank you James and all at The Rug Seller.”

“Excellent service - slight problem when carrier couldn’t find our address and left the order at a nearby unoccupied property. Photo sent from driver enabled us to find order. It was dark no street lights and no numbers on houses so perfectly understandable. Customer services were supportive and helpful. Pleased with the order.”
