“The rug I ordered was just what my daughter wanted and she was more than happy. The order updates were very good and delivery date was good. Unfortunately, delivery was by UKmail and they have made it a rather disappointing experience. I was emailed by them to say the delivery would be on the Monday and we had to wait until 7.15pm Wednesday evening. I did contact them and informed them this had happened on two other occasions with the same delivery driver. I therefore would recommend your company and the quality of the rug but I would suggest you find another delivery service as they have let you and me down. Whenever I order on-line from any company I now find out if UKmail will deliver and if so I will not order and that applies to Free Delivery or not. And just to reiterate, I am happy to deal with your company again. _x000D_ _x000D_ Regards, Liz Skupski”

“I am delighted with this rug and agree with other reviewers about it being luxurious and good quality. I use it as a hearth-rug in front of my fire so it is on top of my carpet, and it is the first rug I've ever bought that doesn't 'move'. The delivery was fast. My only gripe is about having to pay £15.00 delivery because of where I live, but I cannot fault the product.”

“The rugs were received within 48 hours of placing my order. I didn't pay any extra for a quick delivery - so I was surprised to receive the items so promptly._x000D_ _x000D_ I am really pleased with the quality of the rugs and would recommend this company to other consumers._x000D_ _x000D_ Will be ordering from this company again!”
