“Friendly and helpful mostly. Some items I ordered online were not in stock 9not shown at time of ordering) resulting in delay likely to be several weeks. Toolpost could have shown some initiative in offering alternative from their extensive stock. In the end I asked them if they could do this - and then they responded very quickly with next day delivery (after the initial delay)”

“Good Tool (Versa Chuck) The jaw carriers were a little expensive in comparison to the chuck and the postage was over 5 times the price of Axminster tools (for just the carriers)”

“although the website was totally different to any other it was fairly easy to get round. My first visit was left with something in my basket that I couldn't pay for. I'm not sure if it was me and my laptop , which does play up, or the site. I was contacted by the shop and tried again and managed to complete the order. Now this order arrived very quickly with no problems.”
