“The information sections on the website is really very useful. I have used it many many time as a source of information, but...it need modernizing. It seems information have been added and added over time and has now become bitty and cross referencing too much. Please keep all the information but modernize in into clearer sections. Love the Toolpost though”

“Well wrapped and fast delivery. Only problem was they didn't email me to say they had sent it out. I got a message from a courier as to when to expect a delivery, but had no idea who it was from. Since I had a number of items on order, from different suppliers, I had to wait until I got the package before I knew it was from The Toolpost.”

“The insert I ordered for my Oneway chuck came very quickly-- in fact on the next day! Frankly though I thought the postage charge was a bit excessive since the stamp on the package said £3.35, and I was charged £5.58. I also feel it would be more honest to show prices including VAT. For a £21 item it ended up £10 dearer. You asked!”

“Bought a Oneway Multigauge for setting the knives on a recently purchased planer thicknesser - the Multigauge is a well made item (made in Canada) and functions exactly as it should. However, unfortunately the the infeed and outfeed tables on my particular planer thicnesser have not been accurately ground flat, meaning that the the Mulitigauge has nothing accurate to reference from. This is not a fault of the Multigauge, but if you're considering buying it for setting planer thicknesser knives, it's worth checking first that the outfeed table has been correctly ground flat. The price of the gauge was very high, but Toolpost appears to be the only company in the UK that sells it and I guess the import costs have to be factored into the price. Delivery from Toolpost was very swift, and I'd be happy to use them again.”

“My recent purchase was the Beall Buffing System, the delivery service was excellent and was delivered in the timescale sent by DPD. I think the description of the articles I purchased could be made better ( a photograph of each item with a fuller description would be an improvement on these items)”

“Had a delay in shipping because they were out of the item I ordered. Once it was in, I was notified that the item was shipped and I got it in a few days there after. I was very impressed with the turning smock I ordered. Really a quality item. I have had may others over the years but this one had them all beat. Good company and would do repeat business with them.
