“Quick delivery and accurate picking. Reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is that one item on my list is a direct ship from manufacturer with a 6-7 week lead time, that was not apparent at the time of order. I can live with the delay, but if I had known in advance I might have selected an alternative.”

“One item I ordered was out of stock. Received very nice email letting me know, response from customer service was good and better than most companies. Gave me a new delivery date and kept to it. Delivery was excellent and a lesson to many companies as to how to do it right. Was given notice an hour before delivery so did not have to wait in all day. If item had been in stock rating would have been very good, five star even”

“Delivery was later than indicated and carrier indicated on tracking site that it had been delivered and signed for day before actual delivery. Not Toolpost fault. Products excellent”

“I ordered a 5/8 Bowl Gouge and specified a Celtic/Irish grind. the tool came with a standard square grind. I am rather disappointed that a tool costing nearly £80 was not able to be supplied with the grind specified.”

“There was a delay in delivery of the grinding wheel as it was out of stock and had to be delivered by the supplier. However, my machine manual contained the wrong size for the spindle diameter resulting in the wrong bore arriving. This was totally my fault for not checking by removing the existing wheel and measuring it. A quick and informative phone call to Toolpost resulted in a replacement set of bushes being posted out and arriving next day. Equipped with the correct fitting and on the grinder, the ruby wheel sharpened my tools quickly and easily to give a lovely smooth cut. Excellent product and very good backup service. Will be happy to use Toolpost again.”
