“Very prompt service but postage and packing is expensive. Having said that you are advised very accurately when orders will be delivered and you can track the courier's progress on-line in real time. Beware - the prices on the website exclude VAT !!!”

Alan, thanks for your review. The best way to get vaue out of your shipping costs is to consolidate your purchases. It costs - and we charge - the same to ship anything from about half a kg up to 30 kg. Below that we are at the mercy of the Post Office - whose charges are no longer moderate, I'm afraid. “I've had two deliveries from ToolPost and not once was any effort made to deliver them to my door. I sit there like a lemon waiting, only to discover they've been left else where, and that was by chance. I wasn't even notified of their whereabouts.”

“The items were delivered as promised and were well packed and in good condition. However, I found shipping cost of over £5 pounds for 2 small items (1/8" carbide burrs) that were sent in a standard sized envelope very expensive. I really wanted to buy more but was put off by the even higher shipping charge they were charging. So, I shall think again before ordering in the future. J Bardram”

“Post was a bit late, having ordered on a Thursday, I was told the item would be shipped on the following Tuesday, albeit, the Monday was a bank holiday. I would have expected my order to be shipped on the Friday. Other than that, the service was good and the price was reasonable. The website could do with updating as I got a few error messages when trying to pay, but overall, I would ust them again and have already recommended them to another wood turner who was looking for a chuck adapter.”

“Finding and identifying the different products was quite difficult with no images or drawings specific for each item. But after checkout everything was great, was kept informed and knew exactly when i would receive the items.”

“Very prompt dispatch, however the postage charge was excessive. I paid Â£5.95, yet it was stamped for Â£2.90. That's Â£3 charge for a simple plastic bag that must have cost 20p at the most. Otherwise an efficient & quick transaction.”
