Terrible customer service ordered coin 4 days ago sent 3 email not a response to let me know when coin dispatched still waiting on reply took my money but don't reply shocking!!!

Tried to order 2 items from my 'basket'......attempted to pay, has took money from my Card but items still in 'basket' and 'order history' is clear. Annoyed to say the least.

I ordered a star wars coin collection cost £79 they took my money from my account but never sent the coin collection I ordered it 2 weeks ago I sent an email but it was ignored

Whole range of issues whilst ordering. Taking double payments then claiming that they can do nothing to refund me until I provide them with details that even my bank couldn't tell me. Complained via Facebook messenger and was told I would be updated. I was left to constantly chase them. Now to find out that I have been blocked from contacting them. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. 1* is being incredibly generous for the awful service I received.

Money taken from my account,phoned them,i was told i had signed up to the subscription (i thought id just bought a coin on Facebook).....asked for refund and to un-subscribe..was told "No sorry,cant refund,as another coin has already been posted"........over a week later,still no coin.....Avoid this company!!

It's a shame because the product is actually quite decent. However they trap you into a subscription service which isn't clearly stated on their website (I couldn't find any trace of a subscription upon purchase at all) and they make it very long winded for a simple refund and cancellation claiming "security reasons" which is nonsense. Would NOT recommend it's not worth it.

I ordered one item only. Payments are being taken from my account, for full set, which I never ordered. BEWARE. Don’t order online. Call and advise them one item required only, and ensure you cancel any future items in sets.

Sent poor quality coins. Did msg them on Facebook but they was not interested. Also commented on a post with photos of damaged coins and my comments got deleted 2 times. Then they bloked me from msg them or comments on there posts. Avoid. Stick to royal mint or pobjoy. Don't waste cash on these cowboys

Not happy with condition of coins when arrived. Told there not proof but there also not coins. Id rather pay more and have the coins untouched and in capsules. Not happy.

Ordered a single Winnie the pooh coin and when offered the chance to buy the whole set I said no just the single coin. Today I found out they had set up a reoccurring payment and took my money anyways.

I ordered the Marvel Medal, but didn't want the rest of the set so I called and cancelled and the person on the phone was so rude! I couldn't believe the service!

I am disgusted that a company can take money out of an account that was not set up to pay from, having been charged £19 for 3 coins that have gone to the wrong address, so I am out £18 and No coins. Having spoken to the owner is not bothered the amount came out of palpal its my fault that the address is wrong. If they send the coins out and if you want to receive them then pay but no they take the money first. I am not saying this is wrong but like now I am disabled and struggle as it is I have no coins and down £18 this has really upset me and caused a lot of stress as you can imagine when you have to watch what your spending, so just a big thank you to coin club for knowing how to treat there customers please share everyone has people need to know what kind of club they are getting in involved with and make there own decisions.
