“Avoid they take money out as they please..if you subscribe to something there should be a direct debit payment dat and it should stay on that date yet so far they are taking payment out any dates they choose”

“Ordered a Stormtrooper coin. Got Storm from Xmen. Complained, told to return it via the fee post link. Sent via recorded delivery at own expense. They disputed receiving it in their warehouse despite me having the proof. Spoke to a staff member, advised correct coin would be sent. That came, was spelt "Stormtroopep" not stormtrooper.... Complained again, advised 3rd coin would be sent free of charge. That came.... Was Storm from the Xmen... Complained a 3rd time, told a full refund would be issued in 5 working days. Been 2 weeks now and nothing. I wouldn't use this company again even if I were paid to do so.”

“Whole range of issues whilst ordering. Taking double payments then claiming that they can do nothing to refund me until I provide them with details that even my bank couldn't tell me. Complained via Facebook messenger and was told I would be updated. I was left to constantly chase them. Now to find out that I have been blocked from contacting them. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. 1* is being incredibly generous for the awful service I received.”

“It's a shame because the product is actually quite decent. However they trap you into a subscription service which isn't clearly stated on their website (I couldn't find any trace of a subscription upon purchase at all) and they make it very long winded for a simple refund and cancellation claiming "security reasons" which is nonsense. Would NOT recommend it's not worth it.”
