“i love this goggles”

“The eye-pad (contact area with the skin) could be a little bit larger / softer. The pressure when you doing long distances is to high. Losen the head strap is not a solution. A transparent rubber material could be nice. All the other features are perfect (no pressure on the nose, perfect view angle in open water.”

“When swimming in the open water and you mean a little break to see where you want to swim. Many drops remain on the outside of the lens. This makes you look a bit slow. The glasses are otherwise very good.”

“I have no leaking but even with only 4 uses, they do tend to fog up a bit and I do get a bit of goggle eye”

“Perhaps a better anti-fog application. The goggles are typically always foggy for the first 10-15 minutes of my daily swim. I do however love the fit!”

“The goggles didn’t leak, but they did fog up. I didn’t touch the inside but wonder how to prevent the fog in the first place.”

“Not sure what the issue was, but it took me quite a number of tries to get the scan completed. I kept getting dropped by the server. It was frustrating.”

“Very much improved compared to my first order 2 years ago. No fog thanks to a very good and tight fit. Not super happy with V1.0 but now seems to work pretty good :-)”

“It wasn’t clear to me that there was an anti-fogging agent on the inside of the goggles. As a result I washed with soap. Oops. I also used my regular anti fog stuff on both pairs. Recommend you highlight this issue much more prominently. Only used 4 times and now the anti fog stuff is impaired. Can you send me new goggles so I can start fresh?”

“International shipping timings needs to be reduced. Other shipping companies needs to be considered in the checkout. You need to improve communications via email I hope you can make double scans as a confirmation.”
