I love everything about it except I thought the strap was a little simplistic and not easy to adjust/tighten without taking them off fully.

the app order process is not like the web order process. It would be great to order over the app also some additional items.

It would be good if we can actually see the model of the scan and be able to modify the seal ourselves to further improve fit. Also if there were replacement seals kits that can be fitted to the lenses of the sets that are not a perfect fit so they do not go to waste. ( i.e. we can cut off the old seal and bond a new set on the lense ourselves.

I appreciated you taking care of my damaged goggles. I love how they feel and how clear they are however i had some bruised eyes after my first use. I might need to switch to some wide goggles.

The only reason for knocking of one star is there is no instruction around what to do with the super long strap. Do I cut it or leave it. Left me a bit unsure. Sounds ridiculous I know but it’s those small details that count. I ended up cutting it down…hope I don’t regret that.

You would get a 5 if the app wasn't so hard to use! It didn't work on WiFi slow internet. And when I did do after half a dozen tries, it took 2 weeks for you to come back and say it was a bad scan (which I had very unclear understanding of how to do properly, plus couldn't find a plain background big enough). Once I received the goggles, they felt like the fit a bit weird out of the water. But since wearing them, I've had no leaks and haven't thought twice about them, so I call that success!

Only suggestion I have is initially when I bought my pair of goggles you guys were very responsive with emails my thoughts were wow this is great you guys are on top of it but then when I had a problem he didn’t answer me for a day day and a half and I thought oh my God I’m in trouble but you came through and lived up to your end and I greatly appreciate your help so your response time was a little bit to be desired at times

Love the lighter lens color of the latest limited edition (pink). Also these seem to fog less when wearing.

I will really appreciate if I could see a picture of my scanned face with the "virtual" themagic5 goggles (Like a simulation picture). It means to see how me face will look with the real goggles before I got it be mail. I belive, it will incrice the level of exitemnend before the goggles were delivert at home. "I can't waith to get it" => this will realy increas
