“Service was great and easy. Delivery time to Europe was long. I had order a in/out set but only received 1/2. When contacted your client service I received an answer but only a week later, it’s too long for a premium product of this price.”

“I still have a fog problem when swimming in the Ocean. Water temperature 58F. If use Anti Fog product and rinse just before swimming ,the goggles don't fog. The fit is excellent with the minus 1 nose piece. They don't leak”

“I really like the way that I was able to email my concerns and then get an answer the next day, especially time zone restrictions it meant alot. my intention is t buy 2 more. I have already recommended this product to all my team mates they even put hem on to try because they are funky as!”

“I have already recommended the goggles to my tri group--posted it and my experience. My only complaint is that the goggles are a little too shallow--my lashes hit the plastic on the outer part of the goggle. But I really like the low pressure--less raccoon rings--so will deal with the slight discomfort.”

“I think you should include instructions on choosing the appropriate nosepiece AND how to adjust for best fit on the head straps. You claim that they don't need to be as tight as traditional goggles, but how tight is tight enough? I found this confusing and I'm still messing with the tightness 3X in.”

“Adjusting the size of the goggles is extremely difficult. Adjustment strips should be made much more accessible and flexible. Also, once I changed the size of the straps you have these long dangling pieces without anywhere to place them.”

“The goggles are great and fit really well. I was quite disappointed with the advertised turn around time versus the reality. To make matters worse the postage took between 3-4 weeks. Other than the updates and additional information about the goggles was great.”
