“There was some mismatch between ails I was receiving (seemed like marketing style ones that told me how to use my goggles) and where my order was actually up to (had not been shipped or constructed yet). Also, very confusing as to the requirement to add a case to my order, multiple places stated "with your supplied case" but no case is mentioned on the product screen purchase screen, and the case product screen does not specify "add this to your order, your goggles do not automatically come with one". I would prefer the costs rolled together, with the option to purchase more if I wanted, rather than the chance of not having a case”

“Great product. I wore the goggles the first half of January (pools are closed again in Peru) and it was good. Some things to consider: improvements can be made in the app for a better face scan experience. In my case I had to make some continuous strap adjustments for a better use. I will continue to recommend the goggle with my swim friends.”

“I love the clarity of the goggles. I wonder if the surface area could be larger, e.g., cover a larger area around the eyes? Sometimes I feel the need to tighten the straps to prevent leakage”

“Overall, the process of doing the scan and ordering was very easy. The only suggestion I would make is to maybe include the case with purchase or allow cases to be ordered as a standalone. It wasn't clear at the time of order that I needed to order the case at that time or I wouldn't be able to in the future. Fortunately, the customer service department worked with me and we got it figured out.”

“There is definetly a learning curve with these goggles. They felt great the first time I put them on but leaked and actually 'pinched' a little in the corner of one of my eyes (I am older and have sort of saggy eyelids). I tightened them a bit for my second swim and similar thing happened but my third swim they were perfect. I'm not sure how you can improve that experience, you do send great emails before they arrived but maybe those instructions with the actual goggles? I had to hunt down the emails and would rather have had those instructions in the box with the goggles.”

“It took a bit of adjustment to get the straps loose enough, first wearing I had severe marks from the goggles. And it takes more like 10 minutes - not 3- to map out the fit. The visibility is excellent and now that I have them properly adjusted they are very comfortable.”

“The clip to adjust the strap is totally impossible to adjust with the tightness and stretchy nature of the band. I was lucky that it fits about right as it is. If it had needed adjustment I'd have been done in. I think you need a better clip as it would be a disaster to spend that much and have unusable goggles due to the mechanism you've used for strap adjustment. Its the only thing that seems low quality about an otherwise excellent product.”

“provide a cleaning cloth to avoid people smudging the anti-fog. Makie it very obvious by saying notice/attention in instructions inside case that people should not touch the inside of goggles and just rinse with cold water. Have instruction on how to fit insdie the case as well.”
