“Customer service is excellent. And the googles are great - except for one thing. The nose piece. I have received 2 pairs now from The Magic 5. Each shipped with a nosepiece that was too large so I swopped out for the smaller nose piece. But once you take out the original nose piece and substitute for another size the fixture does not securely remain in place and the nose piece continually slips out. Today I lost the current nose piece (-) and could not find it on the floor of the swimming pool. Right now I am attempting to superglue the nose fixture in place so this does not happen again. Ideally the design should include a better snapping into place of the nose piece as once the original is replaced with another piece, it no longer snaps into place and will fall out very easily. Fingers crossed super glueing will fix my issues.”

“THis was a gift toboyfriend. He had difficult time with scan.. Took a while. I am NOW trying to order for myself...I want the clear....buy three. Not seeing on web site. I called...and no one called me back. Caldl me 615-975-7000”

“Right eye piece took time to adjust. Rinse only with water and return to case. Like today cold (22F) outside and warm inside the fogged up in corners.”
