“Having some issue with the right eye seal. It leaks water in. I have been adjusting the straps but don’t want to be too tight either.”

“There are some distortions caused by the prismatic design of the glasses wich I had to get used to during my first session. And as always the anti-fog is not at all what it promises to be. So I still have to wet them before swimming what decreases the quality of vision…”

“no worries about touching the inside of the goggles, but at least on the inside of the case, make it so the straps dont touch the inside of the goggles.........”

“I ordered two pairs of the same goggles, one for my 11 year old grandson and one for me. They came at the same time packed together. There was no number on either one of them. I didn’t know which of the goggles was mine and which was his. Thankfully, I ordered another different google for him so we could compare. This company needs to have some kind of face number on the box or the goggle.”

“I am a fitness swimmer…1 mile or so 3 days/week. Gift from my daughter Allyson my name is Karen…over 65. I found them to leak unless I made them very tight. After 2 weeks (yesterday) I changed the nose piece to a smaller one and the goggles were fine. I had a lot of trouble getting the nose piece in the slot though. I will be swimming again tomorrow and hopefully they will be not leak. 1. Improve directions for changing nose piece 2. Better labeling of nose piece, not sure which one mine came with in comparison to the ones with the plus and minus symbols next to them 3. Improve gift giving option 4. I sent a few emails requesting assistance and did not receive responses”

“Straps seem overly lengthy. After adjustment I have excess strap of about 5 inches. Do you suggest I cut off excess? Also, noticed goggles don’t dry in case so I open case until they dry.”

“My only sticking point is probably not your fault but I ordered mirror and clear and the mirrored shipped without the clear. That's fine except that your email indicated that both were in the same shipment and I had to reach out to you to let you know that I only had the mirrored. I recognize that there are supply chain issues but wished that the shipping email had not indicated that both were in the box.”

“I prefer a thicker back of head band with a more robust tightening mechanism, only because thin ones seem like they will tear. That would stop me from buying another pair.”

“This is my third time using the magic. One observation, is the internal google I’m seen water residues. Based in the instructions I’m not supposed to dry the Lens with a soft cloth. How will I prevent the google getting more residue after time?”

“While there’s other resources available online, it might be helpful to include tips on ideal nose bridge sizes. Very minor point but on both cases, I had to use pliers to press the clasp that holds the loop so it wouldn’t slip out when I pulled the case shut. Simply a matter of tightening those before they’re sent would be helpful. Lastly, while anti-fog solution hasn’t yet been necessary for me, I’m unclear on whether using anti-fog will degrade the standard coating already on the lens. I get some slight fog in cold water (”
