Return 549213083772 was received at r range depot on 11/5/22 still no refund or acknowlegment from them .Worst online company I have had the misfortune to order from. BUYERS BEWARE

Absolutely terrible description of beach towel/mat it’s basically a flimsy piece of material at 12.99 that you can’t return in store because they were ordered online I was in a queue 45 mins when an unhelpful Gabriel answered to Tell me I had to email them to be now told I have to pay £4.00 return when their item description is wrong.. I’m still wait for a label and have had one email in 8 days it’s an absolute joke . If I could give zero I would don’t waste you’re time !

I never received my order and this company has kept me dangling on a string for months now, every week I contact them with the same reply, we have opened an investigation, they have opened so many I lost count. In the end it was the tough s**t attitude. Admitted it was left in a area that would be stolen from. And then said “we don’t expect our delivery drivers to bring it to the door” even though I am on first floor with 2 lifts !?!?!? I am still arguing the case with them even after explaining I have severe anxiety which lead to panic attacks, in which they are making me worse. I have also been diagnosed with cancer, which I know has not much to do with this, but I don’t have the energy to keep arguing the same rubbish with them, as they like to grind you down until you give up. It has got to the point where they are bullying me even with what I am going though with the same attitude of a 2 year old throwing a tantrum and won’t give up their toy ! All I can say is stay the hell away from this company. It is not worth it !

I have just had a return the driver phoned up used an excuse the traffic was bad drove off, I had to wait for them to pick up return this is totally unceptable customer service

I was most impressed with the service from a floor employee who checked the availability of a wallpaper steamer and kept me up to date with the time required to retrieve it from the stock room, an older gentleman! The check out assistant is very pleasant, possibly from USA, a tall slim chap.

We have visited The Range stores in Dorchester Bournemouth and Worthing and Weymouth they are all the same with price cons, you pickup an item in the store and when you get to the checkout its dearer never cheaper, when you check with staff its either the labeling that's incorrect or the item has had price increase at the till but not been changed on the floor, we have had price discrepancy in all the above stores the most recent at Dorchester where they agreed to take off the difference but that's not the point how many don't check and get ripped off

Bought a mirror from the range - when it arrived it was damaged - did take me about 20 minutes to get through to customer services - told the girl it was damaged and she asked me to return an email she sent me with a photo of the damaged mirror - got a refund within 5 days.

If I could give zero stars I would. This has got to be absolute worst experience I have had shopping online. Ordered two windbreaks on 15th April, wrong ones arrived! No worries I thought, I'll just call them and I'm sure it will be sorted promptly. Oh no! After 3 days I finally get through to someone on the phone to be told it isn't his department that deals with returns to Range Trusted Partners so I have to email. Literally 25 emails later and there is still no resolution to this! I still have two wrong windbreaks and £79 less in my account! If it isn't sorted soon I'm taking legal action! How can they be allowed to get away with such appalling customer service care! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Ordered a TV unit for £180 parts missing then when you try ringing customer service they don't answer give up after hair and half then trued next day took an hour for them to answer then to say could hear and put phone down my 28 days will be up before the problem is solved won't be ordering again terrible service

I had a delivery from The Range but items were missing. I've tried contacting them several times and been on hold for over an hour nearly each time, but they are unreachable. Disgusting service. Stores wont help if you order online. I have a product I cant do anything with and I cant even return it as they wont answer the phones.

Need to return something… stayed in all day no show . I emailed customer service a number of times, no reply. I was on the to customer service for over half an hour before anyone picked up to be told all they can do is email the partner for another pick up day … I’m still waiting.. very poor service

I would give zero stars… customer services is absolutely diabolical. I ordered two wing chairs with footstool and they delivered the wrong items. After 40 minutes on hold I was put through to a man called Gabriel who was extremely rude and threatened to put the phone down on me. He offered no solution to my problem, told me I had to contact someone else via email and that I had to wait 4 days to be contacted back. He also told me that there is no complaints email. I’m still waiting to have the wrong chairs collected and exchanged for the right ones I ordered. Im having to store these two enormous boxes in my house while I wait for them to rectify their own mistake. I’ll never order anything from them ever again. Avoid at all cost. It’s not worth the stress. Buy from somewhere else.

Still no item aftef 5 weeks, delivered etong address, allegedly collected and delivered but still waiting, nightmare trying to contact gjis company. For own sanity avoid at all costs

Worst customer service experience + items do not last, very poor quality (especially gazebo range), and you can't order spares. But if you are trying to get anywhere on the phone - don't waste time, their own assistants from the shops can't, never mind mere mortals. And assistants usually have no clue either.

Ordered a mirror. First one arrived damaged. Had to call customer services as nobody responds to emails. Waited 45 mins initially. A collection of the damaged mirror was arranged but nobody turned up. New delivery date was also missed. The replacement turned up eventually which was also broken and dirty and the dirt went all over the walls and doors of my house. Waited 1.5 hours on hold for customer services. Had to request a refund as the process has been laborious but actually all I really wanted was the mirror delivered in tact. Advice they the range managers -outsource your contact centre, ensure things are packaged appropriately for delivery as you are losing customers, revenue and business with the current shambles.

The Paignton future doesn't deserve a star at all. The customer service is diabolical, rude, with unsatisfactory answers to the questions asked. Plus when you say you have lost a customer because of their behaviour, the comments as you leave the store is of, so what. It's a wonder they have any customers left. Apart from this, the store wavered untidy, with hardly anything priced.
