ABSOLUTELY FUMING. MY ITEM DELIVERED WAS DAMAGED AND I HAVE SENT x3 EMAILS WITH NO RESPONSE AND PHONED TODAY AND WAS ON THE PHONE FOR 3 HOURS TO THEN BE DISCONNECTED. I AM FUMING AND STILL NO ANSWERS OR MY MONEY BACK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER BUY FROM HERE. I WILL BE MAKING A FORMAL COMPLIANT !!!!!!!!!!!

Buyer Beware! Order placed on the 08/05, I sent an email on the 15/05 enquiring as not received and was told not yet dispatched. I replied on 15/05 requesting to cancel order and receive refund and got no response. I sent further emails on the 16th and 18th (and again this morning) and have received no response to these either and still no parcel. ***Buyer Beware***

Still waiting for an acknowledgment of my numerous emails. It took a month to arrive, then damaged. Sent back on 29 April still waiting for refund. Tried phoning number 38 in the queue. Waiting for my refund. I will never use The Range again. Appalling customer service!

I ordered a large dressing room mirror for my daughters bedroom to be delivered in time for her birthdays. This was thrown over my neighbours fence , a few doors down onto there front lawn by the delivery company. I could hear that the mirror was in many pieces. I tried for 2 hours to get through to the Range customer services and gave up ,so I filled a form in. I tried again 3 days later as I still hadn't heard anything. When I finally got through over an hour & half later , they said unless I send them pictures to show that the glass is broken there is nothing they can do. I had to open it up at home that evening to send them pictures. I emailed them over as advised and 3 days later I have still had no response. I ordered this 3 weeks ago and now and now I am left with a large parcel in my house with dangerous broken glass in pieces and can't get to speak with anyone. Dreadful service service and a terrible delivery company they use. Very disappointing and frustrating.

The worst company I've ever dealt with online. Placed an order, needed to cancel an item. Took three attempts to email and 2 hours on hold before they finally arranged a collection. I am now another two weeks on and chasing a refund. Queues on phone calls take two hours, it's horrendous service. And reflects badly on The Range

My patio garden furniture arrived this morning. Unpacking it I found the table top damaged. After 76 minutes in the phone queue waiting to speak to customer services, the number of boxes (it arrived in 3 boxes, but the table top was in its own box) it arrived in didn't match thier system. This meant they couldn't just pick up and send a new table top. I had to repack the table as well which came in the box with the 2 seater settee and some cushions. Problem number 1, the box fell apart opening it. Problem number 2, I can't remember how many cushions were in that box and what other bits as it was now all over the garage floor. Problem number 3, they insisted that it has to be picked up in it's original packaging with the correct contents and sent back to them for checking before they would send a replacement. Despite emailing them photos of the damaged table top, and the box it came in, which was the only one still intact, with the part number on the box they refused to just send a new table top. After spending £1,500 on this garden set,I am now left with a damaged table....Avoid the Range like the plague. You have been warned. Date of experience: 18 May 2024

Avoid at all costs, order was damaged, didn't receive it ,took weeks to get a refund, I'm sure the range didn't believe it was damaged even tho I had proof from DHL, customer services are the worst I've ever experienced, truly diabolical, never answer emails or phone calls, never even had an apology from them for the way they've treated me, I will never buy from them again

Item arrived damaged. Took five days to reply to my complaint. They asked for another four working days to investigate. I put a claim in through PayPal. Bunch of amateurs.

bsolutely awful customer service. Nearly 3 hours to get through to them to be told my microwave was not under guarantee because it was over 6 months old. Now personally I thought electrical goods had a years guarantee. To add salt to the wound I was told I needed to pay for a VAT test (independently) to ascertain whether the microwaves breakdown was down to a manufacturer fault. I am gobsmacked!! Customer Service Operative then put the phone down on me. An absolute disgrace. I will never shop at The Range again.

DO NOT USE RANGE FOR DELIVERY!!! ABSOULTE JOKE... I ordered a large floor mirror 1 month ago, it was suppose to be a 3 day deliver TURNED into 1 month of constant calls over 2 hours or more. Worst customer service and a call centre that I don't think anyone actually sits on the other side. Absoulte joke! The numerous individuals I've emailed enquiring about my order, just seemed to copy and past there last response of every unhappy customer they were dealing with... Absoulte disappointment!!! No apology, no compensating me for over 10 hours waiting to speak to someone, no return of calls like stated. No resolution. There website access is terrible also. Recommend you order somewhere else or just purchase the item in store. So disappointed with Range.. Never again... Should of red all the reviews and avoided ordering the mirror from range.

i have been on the phone to customer services waiting for over 2 hours to return a mirror that was delivered shattered - i was up to 10th in the queue and now its been over 30 minutes with no update - shocking service

was on phone for 2.5hrs only to be cut off. Still waiting for refund of goods sent back 3 weeks ago. Customer care service line very hit and miss. Can't get through to refund depts. Emails responses take to long.

2nd time I had to wait in over a whole week for deliverys that never come.... £400 down an hour a day on the phone to be cut off when I demand a refund! Stop using xpd! I'm going in store today to get my money back there are laws about scammers like this!

Don’t expect any customer care. Delivery was 3 hours later than the window provided (ok this is not the range) Box was ripped and flimsy but gave benefit of the doubt. Opened smashed coffee table glass everywhere. As delivery late I had 30 mins to call customer care before they shut. I now question if they are actually open! 70 in the q! Called next day again 70! Waited on the line just coming up to 2 hours told 17th in the q and then I was cut off!! Called back and a back to 70?! What is going on #therange? I went to local shop and cannot help me but they themselves told me their CC is shocking!!! @Alexander Simpkin see all these reviews?! What are you going to do about it?

Customer service don't seem to know anything about orders. Impossible to speak to anyone on phone. So many conflicting emails. Said they had received the item I wanted to return, really? It's still sitting in my hall waiting for them to send me a return label. Absolute nightmare trying to return anything

NEVER order from the range.22 phonecalls 11 emails I still have a table and no chairs.they have had my 531 pound for 5 weeks.went to local store manager told me I could repurchase the chairs and shed refund the money.she put 3 of the chairs in my car and then another manager said I cudnt have them unless I paid full price AGAIN.i said no I didn't hv another 500 pound.id already paid.i refused to give the chairs back.it was the manager who put them in my car.They sent the police to my door!!! I have no goods and no refund.worst communication ever.false promises.no complaint procedure.inexperienced local managers.i have taken further advice .I will not let this go.they are a disgrace

Atrocious customer service. My garden furniture arrived damaged on 19.04 2024, I contacted them immediately and sent photos as requested. Today is 14 days since, and they are now asking for my order number to chase it, even though I have chased it up twice since 19th, and they send me a ticket saying they are dealing with it. Absolutely no customer care at all.
