-1 will be reporting this company for fraud ordered from range plus apparently so can’t get refund from the range for faulty goods and 2 hr wait and still no response on the phone 😡surely if I paid the Range my contract is with them ?

Should give them a minus but can’t. Customer care absolutely rubbish,in fact non existent. Still waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting. Ordered a wardrobe, came damaged, emailed said they would reply within 72 hours, no reply, On the phone for hours waiting for them to answer, never return calls emails. Waste of space. Cost a fortune in telephone calls. Do not buy from them for home delivery. Oh and still waiting now for a reply.

Like other reviews on here ordered some garden furniture in March and it has a defect, been emailing for over 3 months and no response for a month, stuck with a garden swing taking up space that can't be used! Will not use again.

Complete lack of any form of customer care. Purchased a garden swing which has manufacturing defect two hours to get through to customer care and 20 plus emails with no response. This company just doesn't care I would urge every one to avoid the company at all costs

So I'm guessing the range company is fine it's the range plus partners that are a joke. So received my item damaged. Both ends of the box completely ripped apart. The range plus parnters customer services seems to be non existent. Pre warned that anything supplied by a range plus partner has nothing to do with the range or a range store. Does anyone even work at the partners customer services? I mean how difficult is it to pick up a phone ??? Writing this while on hold for the 3rd time this week and still can't get MY money back. Absolutely not using this company ever again. Seriously I've never had a company in my life take this long to answer a phone at customer services. Your beyond a joke.

no way of contacting them. 2 hours on the phone no answer. may aswell be a scam. Still have not delivered a sofa even though it was due a month ago.

Ordered garden furniture for delivery in March if this year (it was in stock, paid for in full and was supposed to be delivered in March). We’re in September and I’m still waiting. Delivery date changed several times basically every month, had I of known I wouldn’t actually receive the products for this summer I would have had a refund immediately and also never ordered it. Now completely missed the summer. The Range utterly unhelpful and disorganised, unable to give reasons for delay of over 6 months. Absolutely disgusting.. I would give minus stars if I could.

Hi. The order was repeatedly delayed with no communication. I waited in 6 times for no show deliveries. It was then left outside my house when I was on holiday, again with no communication. Anyone could have stolen. Then parts were missing. Then the item did not assemble well. No replies to my emails expressing my concerns. Cannot recommend company or product.

You cannot get a response from them by phone or email. Just an automated numbers I received damaged furniture. I have been trying since 6th August. I took the furniture back to the shop they couldnt even get through. So never got a refund. Manager not helpful. Never buy furniture from this company. They should be reported

Terrible customer service. Cannot get a response by phone or email. I need to return a couple of items and you have to get authorisation first from them. No such luck as no-one responds. Will never buy from them again

Rude arrogant service ! Ruined my sons birthday party due to you sending damaged goods and no instructions and now cant get nothing sorted till the 31st Aug. Then to be spoken to like dirt If i could give this disgraceful store 0 star i would. I ordered a bbq grill. Paid £109 to receive it with no instructions and rust damage. Called customer service to get a arrogant nasty boy thinking he is a big man. I have 30 people coming over for a bbq and they cant do nothing till the 31st. Worse thing i ordered it online. The disgusting behaviour from this so called online store. So no i have no bbq no time to rush out to get another. Dirty players dont buy from them. Cheap tacky stuff. When i called them they cant even send me no instructions via email. Basically told me to do one in so many words. I asked to speak to a manager, the arrogant boy refused and stated they dont have managers. Well done The Range in your disgusting customer service

Bought an item was no price on shelf. Was stickers on each item. Got to till abs item was more then sticker price. Something about when item transit if prices change. What a poor response. Was only a few pounds but still surely like most retailer if the price says something different they honour it. Don't care if its £2 or or £5difference. Other items were the same. To stand in a queue for ages and then not honour the sticker price. Nect day walked in there on way to work and still the sticker price.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Bought a swing 23 July turns out to be defective 4 hours to get through to customers service 16 emails no response have now got trading standards involved

They clearly can’t use simple maths or understand their own signage …so I went into the Range in Lincoln ( valentine retail park ) , they had a huge yellow sigh stating 50% of ALL clothing , so we took several items to the checkout and proceeded to pay . As we went outside I looked at the receipt , out of 10 items purchased one item didn’t show a 50% saving . Went back into the store , saw the Customer Service person , she rang someone and said that that item was already discontinued. The price tag showed two price ..£24.99 and £19.99 the later being on a yellow sticker . I said that the sigh says 50% off the marked item price , therefore the price should be £9.98 , she called a manager , oh dear what a state life has become when this so called manager appeared, very rude , very abrupt but above all clearly can’t add up . Her words ..the price should be £24.99 and therefore it’s 50% off that price , I pointed out that 50% of £24.99 isn’t £19.99 so the price I should be paying is either £12:50 or £9:98 …she argued that the price is £19:99 and very rudely said that she wouldn’t or couldn’t change what I’d been charged , even refused to refund the £19:99. It took me to threaten trading standards before she finally refunded the item … The retail trade in the country are complaining about the lack of business , no wonder …The Range get you act together…it’s not hard to get things right and please teach your managers some basic maths ..

Shocked at what I received tbh!I ordered two floating shower storage shelves ,cost £10 each plus £3.95 postage (white plastic) corner type .I suppose it’s partly my fault for not checking shelf size ,they are absolutely TINY (approx 8 inches wide at front widest part) Be lucky to fit one bottle of shampoo on them !If you saw them in the flesh (which you actually can’t as they are sent from a ‘partner ‘ supplier ) you wouldn’t pay even £2 each !What a blooming rip off !The weight is 400grams for total weight of the two products so should have cost about £1.50 to post (was in a flimsy tiny bit of cardboard) Disgusting!

Warning do not order online. I ordered a kayak that wasn’t delivered. I couldn’t get through to anyone on telephone tried numerous times. My Facebook post and messenger remain unanswered. I went to the local store and they offered to sell me another one as they had one in stock but refused to let me have one even though they could see mine had not been delivered. They then cancelled my online order on my behalf as I couldn’t do this online. Then I received an email saying I was responsible for returning the item and wouldn’t receive a refund untill they get it back. ! I Never had it and now £200 out of pocket. Waiting PayPal to sort. Nightmare company. None existent customer service and in store don’t want to know.

Have tried to get through to their Partner House of Home and nothing, 6 Calls = 7 hours later and nothing as Caddy Damaged in transit. I have also emailed but they don't reply so a Section 75 is coming their way and maybe they will reply to my bank ..or maybe not

I went to The Range Boucher Road to exchange a lamp shade. It was still in its original clear wrapping and was clearly unused. I had lifted a few cleaning products to buy in exchange for the lamp shade. When I went to Customer Services Desk and looked in my purse for receipt I couldn't find it. The lady wouldn't accept the exchange even though she could clearly see the item was still in its original wrapping and unused. She was very unhelpful and basically said " well I don't make the rules up" which I know is the case but she was very flippant and unapologetic. She wouldn't call the Manager either.People with such a sharp and abrupt manner certainly should not be behind a Customer Services desk. It's a pity because I like The Range products but today's experience has put me off going back there
