“I have just tried my first colour from you. Where do I start. The trial goodies was amazing it feels like good quality and made clean up so easy breezy. I loved that it came with a barrier oil. The shampoo and conditioner was amazing and also I loved how there was a little bit of shampoo and a lot of conditioner. I always have too much shampoo and not enough conditioner the ratios were perfect thankyou. It was so easy to follow the steps as well as some great pointers online I hardly noticed any smell. My hair didn't feel damaged and I lost 90% less hair than with any other dyes I have used. The online colourist consultant was amazing help and it's great to have someone there that you can ask how different colours or whatever your question maybe. I honestly was hesitant as any other remotely natural dyes I have used in the past haven't held up. I was planning on stopping the subscription but nope I have choosen my next colour and excited to see how that goes 😊. Palmero colour light copper blonde.”

“I am an ex hairdresser and had iso regrowth and old foiled hair. My base is a dirty blonde around 8 level. I am so impressed with the colour I chose 7.53. Covered brilliantly over my blonde and roots ( few cheeky greys in there). Colour is even throughout. Am looking forward to see how the colour fades.”

“I have had so many people compliment my hair. They are so surprised when I tell them I did it myself! The depth of the colour is extraordinary yet so simple to achieve. I’m not particularly good at things like doing hair but the kit and instructions made it easy even for an inexperienced person like myself. I will always colour my hair at home now.”

“I was so excited to try the shade after reading so many positive reviews. I loved the whole process! The colour consult was friendly and easy. Delivery was fast, it comes with everything you need and the brush etc are excellent quality. I didn't have any itchiness for the first time ever dying my hair and was really happy with the colour. (Dark brown) I used the pre softener for grey hair and all my greys were covered after colouring. The shampoo and conditioner were really good too and made my hair very shiny and healthy looking. Happy to subscribe!”

“I have been using The Shade since October 2019. I changed from your normal supermarket dyes to The Shade as my hair was being ruined. After one purchase I was hooked on how full coverage, soft and shiny my hair was. I’ve used The Shade dye and bleaching kit to go lighter on my own with great success and without damage to my hair. For the price it’s definitely worth it and I love you can change the subscription with ease.”

“So happy! After years of bleaching and dying my hair every colour imaginable, my scalp became extremely sensitive. So when I decided to dye my hair black for better grey coverage (because unfortunately at 34 that’s now the scary reality!) I found that every black hair dye I tried burnt my scalp. While I did have some minor irritation with The Shade Black, it was nothing like any other dye I have tried. And the coverage is amazing! So dark and even! Plus the barrier oil is super helpful! I highly recommend this hair dye!”
