“First I wanted to say a big thank you to Camilla for providing such incredible customer service. I had written an email in the evening to change my order and she responded to quite late in the evening more than happy to help. I was blown away and I just wanted to say thanks. I ordered from The Shade because I had been in lock down and my greys were looking not great and I wanted to use a product that would not damage my hair and the was used with quality ingredients. I was a bit scared because it was my first time and I did not want a colour band but everything exceeded my expectations. The colour was beautiful, it looked natural and made my hair feel beautiful. Keep up the great work!! Ps it’s such a blessing for me while I’m lockdown( don’t know how long) to be able to feel good about my hair.”

“This is the healthiest and most nourishing hair dye product a person can use. My color lasts, it blends with your natural highlights and the shampoo and conditioner leave hair feeling soft and strong. Coming from someone with fine hair and is prone to breakage. I enjoy trying to lighten my shade with this product form The Shade.”

“These are the only products I use when dying my hair! I have beached my hair for years and these colours are by best the far I have ever used. My mum is a hairdresser which helps but the shade of Ash I get is far better then any from the chemist or shop I have gone to.”

“From the start I was super impressed with Shade, so that I got my daughter using it. We are fussy hair people! The colours are fantastic but also leaves my hair softer and shinier than I've had with other brands used by my hairdressers. Great quality, great service. The photo was not staged. “Seriously folks, stop wasting your time & money either going to the salon or buying cheap dye kits from the supermarket that just leave you with substandard results. As soon as I look in the mirror & see regrowth, my "The Shade" box arrives in my letterbox. The results are nothing short of outstanding & I don't even have to leave my house!”

“I absolutely love your products. The colour is amazing and It's so simple to use. I often colour my own hair and I don't have any issues. My only wish is that the colour removal sheet would either be larger or more than one would be supplied. I would be happy to pay a little extra for it also. Otherwise, your product is amazing.
