“This is the first time I’ve used a home colouring kit. I am tired of spending a fortune on salon charges. I am so pleased with the results, I felt like I’d just stepped out of the salon I will be using this in the future. My hair is a lovely natural colour and has been left so soft and shiny, I can’t recommend enough”

“Great product! It's a bit daunting buying hair colour on the internet for obvious reasons but I don't have time (or honestly the patience) to sit in a chair. My last hair (foils) took 4 hrs. I opted for Chocolate Blonde which in my hair came out as a dark red which is a fun colour. I loved the dramatic change. I've included photos these were taken under the heat lamp so show the end result as closer to how it looked in real life. The last photo was in average bathroom lighting. It covered my greys and is lasting really well considering I wash my hair everyday. The colour has faded into more of a soft brown which is nice. Definitely will buy again - to have new hair at home in 35 minutes is fantastic. The packaging and product is great and the conditioner that came with it is amazing so will have to buy that too!”

“I absolutely love this product, as well as thw great colour range and the ease and simplicity of colouring my own hair, no drip, no smell, everything you need in the kit. My hair ALWAYS is complimented on once done. All of this is huge in itself, however the other big benefit is the savings I have made by not having my hair coloured at the hairdresser. No waiting around. To be honest for this product I would give 100000+out of ten. I am currently using Chocolate Blonde brilliant. Have never had one negative comment, or thought from your fantastic product. Hair always looks great. And the fact you can pause your repeat delivery then restart. What can I say but thank you 😊 💕”

“I’ve been using The Shade for at least a year, is so easy in so many ways, to choose your colour, to change your colour, to dye your hair at home just by yourself. I love that you get the product at home so fast. Also the free kit is amazing, I feel like being in my own hairdresser! Love it!”

“I received the bleach and a colour. Last night I bleached my hair to get rid of the current colour, followed instructions, left it for the required time, and then washed it off. The bleach hardly got rid of any of the colour, so it is likely a waste of time even putting in the new lighter colour. I will attempt this tomorrow - after the required 48 hours, and see how I get on.”

“This colour service is a game changer. Going from blonde to copper and I can now do my hair at home. Feels so good to save money and time and have control of the outcome. After a few disappointing visits to my hairdresser and parting with $350 for each appointment, I was really looking for a change. “Hi, I was very happy with the products supplied, the only feedback I have is one of the reasons I color my hair is a couple of greys at the very front, I colored my hair 2 weeks ago and the color has already come away from the trouble greys, even with the grey softener product”

Some greys can be particularly colour resistant, unfortunately, and we're sorry to hear that the colour coverage didn't last over some of your greys. It would be helpful if you applied heat with your hairdryer just in the areas where you have the most stubborn greys the next time you colour. “I got the silk noil hair towel and tsubaki oil. Which transformed my hair, I have bleached curls which takes a lot of maintenance. These products helped make my hair routine so much easier. Left my hair extremely soft, shiny and bouncy.”

“I recently used The Shade to color my hair. As I am 70 yers old and I am grey I wondered how this more gentle product would go. WONDERFULLY, I love it. Previously I used the more natural, less chemical loaded, hair products as well but some did still sting a little. The Shade did not sting at all. And had absolutely no yucky odour. The coor takes well and the greys are covered nicely. I am nearly a week past the day I put the color in and my hair is silky and shiny. The idea of adding a pre-clor to help the greys take up the color shows a good understanding of the needs of us older generations who still want to keep our hair colored.
