“So far so good! I received my initial trial pack this week and applied my colour straight away. Colour is great (light ash brown) and hair feels great. The application method a little fiddly compared to previous L’Oréal colour from chemist but expect I’ll get used to it. The only reason I’ve not given it a 5 is because I don’t know how long the colour lasts yet - my biggest bug bear of previous colour treatment was it would fade within a couple weeks. Fingers crossed The Shade life’s the distance!”

“First time user and absolutely couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out. I ordered Copper Golden Blonde and put that over a faded light brown and it has turned into more of a beautiful auburn and has left my hair shiny and feeling amazing. I only have 1 issue and that’s I have quite thick hair and would like a extra option for more colour as well as the developer on top on the extra plan i already have.”

“Really love the products, the colour is beautiful and left my hair shiny, I will happily continue to use it. The few members of staff I interacted with were very nice and did their best to be helpful. The only reason I gave only 4 stars is the slow delivery. I'm on my second order and it's again looking like 2 weeks to get a small package to Rockhampton. Just have to allow for that when ordering.”

“Good quality product, easy to do myself and nice to have little things like the cape and mat included with it. Didn't make much difference to the colour of my hair (I picked a shade recommended for lightening 2 shades) but seems to have covered the greys.”

“Very pleased with the kit! I cannot get over how shiny my hair looks! It comes with everything you could need to colour at home. My colour Genoa (6), came out a lot darker than the swatch, closer to Bellagio (3). However, the colour itself is very nice and multidimensional. I will only buy hair colour again from The Shade!”

“it was,nt actually a ''free trial '''I joined the subscription plan right away because they have a ...cancel at anytime ..clause .I tried it out last night only using half the contents of everything and I must say I am impressed .The actual contents of the pack are good quality products .I have already recommended to my two daughters so that in itself is a good review .”

“My hair although in a good condition was reddish due to using Henna As my greys were no longer being covered well I have used Shade number 8 Sicily All greys are covered well All red out of my hair Hair looks healthy It’s not quite the no 8 color but definitely will be once I use Sicily a few more times”

“Loved the salon accessories and process. First colour was too dark, they were very helpful and gave me advice to correct that and also to pre-soften which I do now and which finally gets me excellent, lasting grey coverage. Thanks!”
