“Have tried a few colours now trying to find my shade. All of excellent quality and ease of use. I am using the shampoo and conditioner and tried the vit C product which was fun to use. I like that we can ask questions and get easy to understand answers.”

“I bought the Bellagio dark ash blonde colour package. This is by far the best hair colour I have ever purchased!! Everything you need is supplied including cape, mixing bowl, brush and gloves!! The colour attached to my grey perfectly and fully covered it. Looks great and am glad it’s on auto order every month so I can refresh my colour in my own time. The shampoo and conditioner smell and feel divine and would love to buy a bottle of both! Communication from the Shade consultants is impeccable!! A stand out and benchmark for all businesses that truely care about their customers. Lots of in-depth suggestions for what colour I wanted to achieve and when I changed my kind and wanted a slightly darker option I was met with another in-depth email!! Love the thorough details and recommendations!! This is a must buy if you want salon quality colour at home in your time!! Don’t hesitate, my hair feel is so healthy and it’s been a month already!! Just now starting to wear out but greys are still covered!!”

“I've been using The Shade for cloe to 6 months and I'm never going back to salon days. Amazing product and so easy to do. I hated wasting time going to salons & not to mention the cost. Team have been great in guiding me to get my perfect colour sorted. I have sensetive scalp and was in pain getting my hair done at salons but with shade i dont get that. The colour covers all my greys and lasts till I'm ready to do it again. Highly recommend giving it a go. You'll never go back to salons!”

“I'm beyond pleased! The products are amazing quality. I have been able to do my own highlights and root melt, saving me around $300!! I used dark Ash blonde in the roots and lightest ash blonde through as highlights. The condition of my hair is so soft, and it was so easy with their step by step instructions, I'm never going to a hairdresser again! I have had a few people compliment my hair and ask where I get it done!!”

“I haven't yet used the colour as I'm not due to do this for another 3 weeks. But I do want to say just how fabulous the service has been to date. I have had a few queries as I am a first time The Shade user and each time my queries were answered promptly. Camilla has been very helpful in suggesting a duo colour which I can't wait to try and Marco has also been really helpful with my questions. Shipping to NZ only took a week. I can't wait to try the colour and will hopefully be able to comment on this then. Awesome company to deal with.”
