“Hi the product was great and everything that came with it, the cape, bowl, brush etc. The online video of how to use product was very helpful. I did have a question the next day, but there was no phone number to call and I put "other" in the FAQ and my question didn't go through for whatever reason. So it is very difficult to contact you easily. I didn't really want to sign up to a subscription, but had no choice, but I guess I can easily cancel it. That wasn't my question by the way.”

“Hello, I order the free trial as a group of us from work was curious about this product. So, I volunteered to try first but I didn't want to be a lock in a subscription until I try the product. So i cancel the frecuency of the suscription. Craig F from support said that i need to paid full price if i wanted to try as my login dont allow to add the order again and the other order was refund. Very disapointed with the support and lack of flexibility if dont want to lock the suscription. Order 124370”

Hi Fernanda, As I explained to you, we are a hair colour subscription service and the free trial is to try the product and if it is suitable, to continue on as a subscription. If it’s not suitable, you are free to change, pause or cancel your subscription. We ask our customers to acknowledge this before they place their order. You cancelled your subscription immediately after you placed your order, so we didn't accept your order and cancelled and refunded your order. The Shade team You I see that you cancelled immediately after placing your order for a free trial so as per our terms and conditions, we did not accept your order and refunded the $9.00 you paid.

“20/09/20... I had quite a bit of grey coming through ( as you can imagine from being in lockdown) so I followed your instructions to a tee ... although I received it quite quickly I didn’t actually put it in until 3 days ago ! Firstly I have to say the packaging was beautifully presented, I almost didn’t want to ruin it ! But I’m Very glad I did as I have a notoriously sensitive scalp ... there was not even a tingle ! Thrilled ! The shampoo was so lovely that I didn’t want to rinse it out ! I am very happy with the result and also the colour .... I will send a photo of me waiting while the colour developed, very exciting!!!!”

“I LOVE THE SHADE!! I have had grey hair coming through since I turned 28. It is all at the front around my face so it is so obvious. I have used a variety of home hair colour kits from the supermarkets and chemists and some have worked for maybe 2 weeks and then the grey seems to come back really quickly. Others had not worked at all and after colouring, the grey was still there and didn't even look as though I had coloured my hair at all. The only way around it had been a hairdresser which would cost anything from about $60-$120. So I rarely did that. Now I have tried The Shade there is no going back. My greys are usually resistant but I have found that if I leave it on for an extra 10 mins it works perfectly. As you can see by the photo there is not a grey hair in sight and I dyed my hair a couple of weeks ago and it is still looking great. Thankyou The Shade for saving me money and my sanity :-)”

“This was my first time doing a home dye so I was a bit nervous at what the result could be. I have really enjoyed the whole process of my purchase, from the easy to follow website that offered me a free trial for an Ammonia & Paraben free product - to then receiving such a wonderful starter kit with everything that I needed including instructions. It was easier than I expected to do the application, smells amazing, and I am really happy with the result, so much so that I think I will now be home dying instead of going to the hairdressers (which is going to save me some money). I will be telling my friends about this product as I can feel that there is a genuine care for customers and quality products.”
