“Very big mistake!!! Extremely low quality material and pathetic stitching!! All threads came out in second wear itself. Don’t order from thesouledstore.com. Waste of money!!”

“I was about to order "Justice League Baseball Shirt: Clark Kent and Iron Man: First Flight" but after going through the customer reviews I don't want to take the risk because this is not a reputed shopping side so I have change my mind. Let me keep checking more upcoming reviews from the buyer and I'll get back if it is good.”

“Worst company to buy from. They are unprofessional. Ordered 2 weeks back, when I did not received the order. They said that order has been cancelled because courier guy was not able to reach me. And courier guy didn't even called. They didn't even mailed me or messaged me about that.”

“Overpriced products. I had ordered a couple of Supima t-shirts recently, but didn't like the quality. The fabric was too thin. Returned them and ordered a Summer pant (had to use TSS credits on something). Again, the quality of the product was quite poor for its price (thousand rupees). If you are reading this Souled store - Let the quality of your products speak for itself. Your constant attempts at projecting yourself as a cool homegrown uban brand won't help you if you don't back it up with quality products.”

“I had ordered a black dress which came with a torn pocket. When I wrote to them and asked them to return or replace the damaged dress they said I have to ship it myself and bear the shipping cost. considering they sent a damaged piece without checking it was basic duty to arrange for a pickup and replace . Nevertheless I couldn't send the piece back during Covid so I just had to keep it unwillingly. Pathetic customer service. Will never buy products from them and wouldn't recommend anyone to buy .”
