“Bad customer service”

“Worst courier service and inefficient customer support. Be careful while buying any item online because if it does fit you or the quality is not what you expected then the options are either you forget the cash which you paid or change your body according to the dreas you ordered. Returning the item is not difficult, it is impossible even if you want it shipped back by yourself they wont give you the address. Inshort: if you miss the fit you lose the cash. Return policy is just for a name sake”

“Serious decline in quality - purchased the same polo t-shirt after a year or more, and tested. Cheap material, non-stretchable. I guess they a bit of success gets to their head, and they have lost track of why they started this.”

“It was a amazing place and The staff was very nice and knew about everything like Harry Potter,Marvel etc.My favourite part the mirror they had made it look like the wanted poster in Harry Potter so it was like you were wanted!”

“Dirty shopping experience, we will never buy from them again. Amazon, Flipkart & branded Firms are better. when you buy from such small unknown online stores you keep waiting for the delivery, neither you get your product nor refund.”

“Pathetic. There are lot more options on Myntra. I don’t understand for what joy I ordered from here. Ordered small size and got the delivery of xxl product. Plus still I haven’t received my refund. Yucks brand”

“The product quality (T-Shirts) has drastically gone down over the years and prices have gone up. While the designs still resonate, its not worth the poor quality. From pilling to shrinkage and stiffness, souled store has a lot to improve. As an early customer, Iam highly disappointed and wouldn't recommend the products anymore. Its high time Souled store changes their manufacturer/job workers”

“I’m (was) a fan of souled store products from the beginning. And I remember influencing others to check out their stuff. But consistency matters right??? Recently I placed a few orders, out of which I didn’t get delivered. When I raise this request to customer care, and a few follow-ups later, they ended up saying “it’s been delivered” - and they failed to provide zero facts that could back up their decision. There were no investigations done with the delivery partner from souled store customer care! Just a simple word that says “it’s been delivered” that’s all!!! Before my escalation to customer care, I did investigate with our community security team, entry& exit ledger, have gone through no broker app notifications & miss calls to find out if there is any trace of delivery, and I found nothing. My advice is - to go for the “cash on delivery” option if you want to buy their stuff badly. That’s safe! Good luck!”
