“I was stoked to see sound parcel had bastel Kastle drums available as everywhere else I looked was out of stock. Shipping was super quick but it was the wrong device. a quick friendly email exchange, got return shipping label, and was able to send it back a couple days later. Still waiting on my order though hoping everything is good this time:/”

Apologies for the shipping mix-up and thank you for the feedback. We of course try to avoid mistakes, but when they happen TSP works hard to get things resolved as quickly as possible. A return shipping label was provided for the incorrect item and the Bastl Kastle DRUM was reshipped after the return label was scanned. Enjoy the gear!!
