“SCAM GOT EXPOSED” The worst service one can provide is tickets to india.just last week 4 of my tickets were cancelled by mr “AUSTIN” stating a remark that all 4 of us have had a medical emergency.i condemn this act by austin. Firstly - how can four alltogether have a medical emergency other than corona virus which we have been tested negative soon after your FALSE remarks. Secondly - how can you cancel the tickets without our consent. Thirdly - you have been avoiding to reply my emails and avoiding my calls soon after your scam got exposed. we have been cheated by tickets to india.for the past four years i have been booking tickets with them.But this year little did i know i would be scammed as i had to rebook the tickts which i had on may 6th flying back to heathrow.when AUSTIN demanded 1000 pounds with me for rebooking all the four tickets i avoided paying him and booking it in air india office instead, since i was told it was free of cost to rebook the ticket, since i had already paid in full for my existing ticket.after i had succesfully managed to rebook all four tickets for flight on 11th of may by air india office for free of cost.just to make the matters worse, on the next day mr AUSTIN had cancelled all the four booking stating that the passengers had a medical emergency.since i had refused to pay for rebooking the tickets.i neither spoke to AUSTIN nor any of the staff from tickets to india then how come AUSTIN cancelled my tickets with some baseless and false allegations?i tried getting in touch with him after this incident but he never showed up.this shows how coward,unfaithfull and false these people are.the false remarks is a proof that the company is to be blamed for this incident and i have all the proofs in print.

PLS AVOID BOOKING IF POSSIBLE ... They are money looters ... Sales people are liars... they get the refund from airlines, but does not pass to customer .... I don't know who is giving positive reviews .... I totally agree with one of the reviews where someone mentioned about fake positive reviews ...

The worst travel agency I have every used! STAY WELL CLEAR. They are fraud! Highly irresponsible. Zero customer service. I’m sure they have a very wrong understanding of customer service. First they canceled my flight without telling me and now charging me £150 for another flights.

Tickets to India have had a refund from air India but have not refunded my money, I have paid for 10 tickets and they are not giving me back my money. From refund department they have now put me in concern department, whatever that is ?

Never use them. They are fraud. before pendamic they book the ticket and didn't issue eticket. Because of pandemic all the airlines cancelled and we requested refund. they said they have processed but after more than 6 months they haven't paid money back. I suggest those who got trapped, pls take legal advice soon before you loose your hard earn money.

Avoid buying airline tickets from this company. If you ever need to ask for refund, all you will get from them is lies and delays. My story. Bought a flight ticket from them in February to travel in March 2020 from London to Ahmedbad, India. EBP NO 631034. Flights were cancelled as india closed borders to international travellers due to Covid. I asked them for a refund to which they Lied to me that there is a cancellation charge of £200 by the airline. I called the airline (Air India) and was told that all tickets were fully refunded to the agents and there is no charge. But TTI agents kept on saying there is a charge. They said that the airline is offering free date change until 31/03/21 to all customers. I have got that in writing from their agent. So I went for the date change. I rescheduled the flight to 05/01/2021. However, they charged me £99 for extra fare. My flight on 05/01/21 was cancelled too by Air India. But Ticketstoindia never emailed or called me to inform me of this. When I found out about this, i called them to get refund. I was told they have got no advisory from the airline regarding my flight and I should call them back. So after several calls to their dreaded call centre, I was told to email their refund team. I emailed them on 14/12/20 to get refund. And again on 24/12/20. I got a response on 25/12/20 from Avna saying that they are still waiting for the advisory from the airline regarding the refund. I emailed again on 01/01/21 to chase the refund. So she emailed back on 02/01/21 to say that refunds can take upto 5 to 6 months and whether I would like to change the dates instead, free of charge. Same old trick. I refused to give in this time and asked for a refund. To which I was told that it will take 3-4 months to get the refund as the air india staff is furloughed at the moment. Another Lie. I contacted Air India directly and they confirmed its a lie. Refunds are getting processed as normal and even easier now. So what does this tells you?Ticketstoindia is lying regarding the refund. I asked my bank to get the charge back and to which Ticketstoindia agent Mr. Nick Cloute replied that the £99.00 will not be refunded as that was a date change fee charged by the airline. What a top class liar. I have it in writing from himself in March 2020 that the date change is free. Also, [Passenger-advisories-for-COVID-19-13-March-2020.pdf] on Air india website clearly states, there was no charge on date change and it was free. During this awful time, any reputable business should try and help their customer. But Tickets to india is taking advantage of the helplessness of their customers and charging them useless fee like £50 for processing refund. Who does that? The least you can do is give refunds to your customers without making money out of it. We are all going through tough times right now. Shame on you for charging us this useless fees for giving us our money back. You have lost my business forever. ------------------------------ Nick, You are a liar and I can prove that to you. The card company have sent me your reponse to them regarding the chargeback in which you LIED about the £99 charge. You wrote to them and told them that the £99.00 was a date change fee and it is non-refundable. Your words on a document signed by you. What do you call this, if not a lie? It was a fare difference amount and should be part of the refunded fare. But you sir, Lied in writing to my bank. Also, the refund processing fee that you charge £50. In what world can you justify that charge. Airline refunds to you our money free of charge. So how do you justify charging £50 to put that money back in my account? Can you clarify that please. Its a rip off charge. And you know it. Furthermore, what you called a courtesy to offer a date change is nothing but a scam of your company. You guys offer this so that you can charge Naive customer additional fare. All tickets which are cancelled by Air india are subjected to free change without any fare difference. Below document is the proof of that. So don't tell me that its a courtesy offered by you. Its offered by the airline to all of their customers. All Air India cutsomer should read the following pdf on Air india website. Just google the words and you will get the link of the pdf on their website. ====warning stay away with this company taking advantage in pandemic== flight was cancelled by airlines and this people charged me £79 to exchange date which was free from direct airline so if anyone face same issue dont call agent call direct air india and ask them to duplicate my ticket and you can change date free without any charges .this people doing day light robbery and taking advantage of people situation ,did already complain to aita / atol and opened dispute with bank so i can get my money which they took falsely and i will also send legal dispute from my legal team so i request who ever face this kind of issue please go to iata/atol website and make complain and for extra charges they took you can call direct bank ,this people always use trick when they need money they will ask for phone call but ask them to chat and then keep that chat as proof so you can complain about this company , i have alos upload chat proof ,when i asked some question they did not have properly answer .so i request do not book through this company booked with direct airindia

Extremely unprofessional company where everyone starting from ticketing, customer care and refund teams are rude and least bothered about customer services. I have raised my refund request with Avna from refund team 2 months back however am still awaiting response on my refund request. I will never come back to this company and will ensure that none of my friends and relatives ise their services.

Booked in Jan to travel in March from London to Delhi. Service whilst booking was ok, but went downhill significantly when covid-related restrictions hit in India. Phonecalls would not be answered, promised callbacks not made and I was even charged for a new ticket when no ticket was issued. Exercised my right to make a chargeback claim on return to London, the company did not substantively engage in the process and I won the claim. They're now taking me to court for their own incompetence and seeking recovery of the settlement made in my favour. I'll be defending it robustly, as I've gone completely by the book and it is the company that has been the major let down.

I had booked tickets from Heathrow to Koch for 22 Dec 2020. Due to new covid restrictions the place where i stay is put in Tier 4 due to which i am not allowed to travel abroad, not even to the Heathrow airport as per law. Reference No: Z7M4Q I called up the 'tickets to India' customer service and asked for advice. They said i can either cancel the ticket which would charge me 250 pounds or change the dates. that left me with no option other than changing the dates hoping it would do less burden to my pocket. But they say I need to pay 106 pounds extra to change my date to march. In fact the fare in March (was 426) was lower than what I had paid for the Dec 22 2020 flight (which was 466). I was unable to understand why this huge charge being imposed for a date change. Upon insisting the guy says he will contact the Air India people and call, me back in 4 hours. He calls me back saying that the date change can be made in a lower price. now he quotes 89 pounds (morning it was 106pounds). and that I need to book within an hour . Else 86 pounds penalty will be increased. I called them back in 20 minutes agreeing to change the date from December 22 to March 11 for a penalty of 89 pounds. Now this guy tells me that the penalty is 98 pounds and that the previous promise of 86 pounds is not recorded in their system. Every time when i call different person talks to me and i will have to explain the whole story again. they did not reveal their names even if we ask them. We have been their customer for the past four years. I had to cancel three tickets in June due to flight cancellation due to Covid. sill they charged 50 pounds per person though two of the tickets were booked in one shot(which is one admin effort) and I paid it thinking that they should not be at a loss. I am totally dejected by their service. I have been on call with them for may hours today. I am definitely going to ask my friends not to book the tickets through tickets to India website. Such a shameful act from them. I will definitely raise this complaint in various public forums

0 star!!! I used to always book through tickets to India. I had the worst experience and the worst customer service! I paid deposit for my dad's ticket and the full amount is due next week. The flights are not flying in December due to the pandemic however are still asking me to pay the remaining balance or I'll loose my deposit!!! I have 5 other tickets booked over £3000 which I asked for a refund (now stopped replying to me ) and they are saying it will take over a year plus I need to pay £50 admin fee per ticket. However, southall travel has already given refunds to their customer in 3 working days!!! Never booking from here again!

Beggars!!!! Avoid avoid, worst agent in uk, this company will never grow up, they will remain where they are in bottom, scammers saying 3 months to refund my money after £150 pound of deduction for my 3 tickets, customer service is full of goons and monkeys, trained only for delaying refunds. I will never ever book tickets from them neither will recommend anyone. Please avoid, I would rather book tickets directly from airlines, it’s better than dealing with this pathetic baboons. Keep my £150 you homeless people.

I was recommended this online ticket company by one of my colleague in the year 2016, i purchased my first ticket with this company to go to India in Oct 2016 and since than i was purchasing tickets for my parents and for my family through this company. But what i encountered in the year 2020 with this company when i happened to purchase the tickets for my parents to fly to India in the month of April 2020. I happened to purchase the tickets in the month of February 2020 with my Credit Card. Since the Covid-19 was spreading quickly at a very fast pace all over the world. In India lockdown was announced in the month of April 2020 to May 2020. And no international flights were allowed in India and the need to go to India was not required after the month of April. So we decided to call the customer service at tickets to india asking what will happen to my money i paid. I tried calling first few times and all i could get the answer from them was we are not working at the moment and there is limited people who can answer my query. When i got connected to one of the associate at the customer service and when i have asked about my refund, the person told me we cant refund you the Money instead we will issue vouchers. But the vouchers were not helpful as there was no plans to go to India atleast for 1.5yrs. I requested them i want to have my money refunded in to my credit card. But they kept on insisting for vouchers. The associate at the customer service asked me to send an email at customer service and refund department for the refund. I have sent an email on 14th April 2020 asking them for my refund and also mentioned that if no body gets back to me, i will go for the charge back and dispute the transaction with my card issuer. But none from the both the team happened to reply to my email and also attempted one more time a phone and mentioned them that i have sent an email, Since nobody bothered to reply my email from both the teams. I contacted my bank for the dispute of the transaction and the Money was refunded in to my account in the month of April 2020 after disputing the transaction and i was advised by the bank 45 days are given to tickets to india to prove from their side for the transaction, but the refund team took more than 45 days and re debited my card again in the Month of August nearly after 3 months that is more than 45 days. When i contacted my bank they said i need to speak to the ticket issuer for my refund and when i Happened to contact the customer service is encountered all the bullying tactics by Ranveer, Amit and Austin was so rude when he used to talk. I can say they spoke very rudely each time i called the customer care and all they were insisting to contact refund department, when i happened to send an email to refund department, Avna from refund department replied to my email very rudely, no customer etiquettes, no politnes and no yes i can do attitude. Avna replied to my only 2 emails instead of sending more than few emails. Being a customer from 2016 they treated me very very rudely and told me that there will be deduction of £120 for each passenger £50 handling fees and £70 for the chargeback as it cost them, I was chasing them to get my full money refunded and all they deducted from my money was £240. But it was all vain and i got the balance money refunded. I would request please please keep away from this fraudulent people, they dont care about customers. I have made a firm decision from now on i will never ever return back to tickets to india to buy tickets for my family. We are family of 7 people and i can say this should make difference since i purchased tickets from 2016. Not only that i did recommend the site to my friends and family. But now on i wont do this stupidity, recommending fraudulent sites to anyone.

These guys are absolutely ridiculous.. i have made aformal complaint for a refund which they took from me as a fare difference due to covid flight cancellations. I spoke to airlines and have been told they dint charge any fare difference for flight cancellations. These guys are not returning the money they took from me. WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

These comments are based upon my own TRUE PERSONAL EXPERIENCE and talking to other customers with recent dealings with TICKETS TO INDIA LTD They are the most disgusting low life company you will ever deal with. Their CEO is SURESH KUMAR a likely indian tycoon with his family involved in the business making monies from VULNERABLE people during this difficult covid times. They use alias ENGLISH NAMES to disguise their INDIA mentality and Customer service skills. Beware of a Mr NICK CLOUT this is an alias and likely to be called Scheming low life GUPTA. He is the person who will deal with your complaint in an aggressive unprofessional manner. Their antics include offering flights during a pandemic to INDIA when there are no planes allowed with certain carriers and then cancelling at last minute with prolonged refund times and CHARGING ADMIN FEES. Their iliterate INDIAN AGENT NAMED WITH FAKE ENGLISH NAMES then consider to overcharge and make you purchase a new ticket when you need to make changes to an already purchased AIR INDIA VBM ticket to make money. These people who head this organisation are making money and you should consider an alternative TRAVEL AGENCY which has MORAL and BASIC HUMANITY.

my flight was cancel by airline due to covid 19.Waiting for refund now ticketstoindia charge £50 pound as admin fees. airline gave them full refund even they want £50 i am requesting please don't book any flight with them we will together teach them a lesson. Good thing is i spoken to my bank they said you will get full refund. i made dispute claim against them. one of my friend he book in lyca fly and he got full refund from them. please stop buying ticket from ticketstoindia very bad customer service.
