my flight was cancel by airline due to covid 19.Waiting for refund now ticketstoindia charge £50 pound as admin fees. airline gave them full refund even they want £50
i am requesting please don't book any flight with them we will together teach them a lesson.
Good thing is i spoken to my bank they said you will get full refund. i made dispute claim against them.
one of my friend he book in lyca fly and he got full refund from them.
please stop buying ticket from ticketstoindia very bad customer service.
