Their antics include offering flights during a pandemic to INDIA when there are no planes allowed with certain carriers and then cancelling at last minute with prolonged refund times and CHARGING ADMIN FEES. Their iliterate INDIAN AGENT NAMED WITH FAKE ENGLISH NAMES then consider to overcharge and make you purchase a new ticket when you need to make changes to an already purchased AIR INDIA VBM ticket to make money.
