When I booked my tickets by phone and I asked them is there is any hidden charges , they said no . So I booked my flight return tickets. As I am requesting please don't book any flight with them we will together teach them a lesson. Please do buy directly from where you have done your full homework. please stop buying ticket from tickets to india very bad customer service. When I try to call them they don’t take my call. So I email them and ask them for full refund Dear Customer service its a proof of an email received from your team once booking was done by phone not by website AS I Can send you an email which i have received from your member of your staff name from I booked my tickets through phone. not by website. Once payment was taken ,he sent me the confirmation that my ticket was booked. as you can see the date and time. as I do ask is there a hidden charge if the fight gets cancelled. He said no and told me on the phone conversation if it happens you get a full refund. Then only I have booked my tickets. as you can see om surname I used to do booking for myself and my family. its painful to write.
