“Unfortunately, it takes a long time to get an answer. My printer has not been working for months now and I'm a little disappointed that it takes so long. Apart from that, I do not know if the problem is solved with the spare parts. It would probably have gone much faster if I had sent the device to them and they would have supplied me with replacement.”

“REFER to ticket # 13867 Still waiting for fully complete and functional g-code file for Cetus3D MK3 as advertised! - Do not refer me to some forum etc... - simply provide 1 or more Tiertime generated g-code files for Cetus3d mk3. The primary reason for requiring g-code would be to attempt to correct a long standing 'clicking issue' when printing via rafts on Cetus3D via UP Studio... refer to previous ticket # 13827 and search via google.”
