Thank you for the order, we don’t state on our website we offer free returns it clearly states it’s the customers responsibility to return orders. As a small family business in very tough trading conditions and we can’t afford to offer free return when we already offer free delivery on low value items. There is actually trend away from free returns from online retailers now due to the enormous cost of returns and environment reasons. I do know some of the very large companies that still offer a free returns label now put restrictions on customers accounts if return rate is above 10%.
