“There are two things I love most about Tippsy Sake: 1. The undeniably delicious sake options 2. Their customer service. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we ordered 3 bottles of our favorite sake that all arrived within a week. However, when our package was delivered, it was nowhere to be found. We’re not sure what happened to it (neighbor’s house? Porch pirates? Who knows), but I emailed customer service to alert them. Tiffany was lovely to work with and checked with UPS. The bottles were still not located, so she on behalf of Tippsy Sake sent us the same 3 bottles free of charge! Incredible customer service — we didn’t even ask for the replacement. They’re arriving Monday and we can’t wait to order in sushi and enjoy a bottle as a glimmer of hope in this pandemic. Thank you, Tippsy Sake!”

“I’m a big sake drinker but we’re out at our desert house during the pandemic where there’s zero good sake to buy. So I gave Tippsy a try. The box came quickly and so far out of the six different bottles I ordered I’ve had 3 and they’ve been excellent. None I’ve had before and I live in LA near two Japanese markets. Plus Toppsy does a great job of offering great sake information.”

“Glad that I found Tippsy on a newsletter that I follow as it has a great selection versus my big box liquor store, and small format bottles so I'm not in for a whole bottle in case I don't love it, not to mention the price difference. Shipped from CA to me in FL within one business week and came with easy to understand information cards. Already enjoyed my first sake in the April box and looking forward to my next one. They also make it easy to customize how often and the you want subscription boxes. Thanks Tippsy!”
